The damage control efforts by the DB personnel so far should have been channeled at helping a distressed guy. Even if the bank decides not to take responsibility of refunds, I expected some level of help or efforts to make things clear to danny by calling him in, help trace the fund movements to an extent before dumping him. This is the height of irresponsibility by any bank, what corporate image are they building when they can't handle common issues as such. Seriously thinking of closing my account with them before the week runs out cos I won't want to be treated this way. Just horrible.

Its double stick, camel back suspension and 24.5 rims. Cannot tell if its 12V or 24V engine cos I don't currently have the engine pic but will answer that early January when am done with customs clearance. You can indicate interest and I'll call you up for inspection when its ready.
