Yes u are right .Govt should create an enabling environment for the citizens to strives, and they will be surprised at how high Nigerians can go, if we could just have constant electricity ,good transport system ,tax weavers for new businesses and one digit interest loan rate granted to citizens that are interest in doing business . In fact, govt will have more revenue in taxes than ever before- when these businesses start paying taxes .
I don't know why our leaders are so blind and stupid . Good transport system , constant electricity , One digit interest rate on bank loan , provision of govt business loan to elegible citizens without bias / nepotism .Then they should stand bye and see how this country will strive beyond thier imagination .

Sometimes the thing that gets me about Nigeria city environments, the unacceptableness of the thing, is the squalor you get in all the states, in all the cities. It always amazes me how nations even more impoverished than Nigeria can manage to seem somewhat habitable given their circumstance in the form of wars, poverty and what not and yet comparable places in Nigeria can seem nightmarish by contrast, uninhabitable even at a crunch.
