This one is for our building experts in the house.

I have just received the following drawings for a hostel in Ibadan from my architect. I've asked him for the cost of decking but while waiting for his feedback, I'm wondering if anyone here can provide a second opinion just to make sure I'm not being ripped off

It will also be helpful to get a full estimate for the construction if it's not too much to ask. I can provide more info if needed.

it's always advisable to contact a quantity surveyor for building cost to avoid being ripped off.
