I hope this is the right section to make this enquiry.

I recently started building a 5-bedroom Duplex (one-bedroom on the ground floor and the remaining 4-bedrooms on the first floor). The project has now gotten to the stage of decking.

Please professionals in the house, I want to know a rough estimate of how much it would cost me to do the decking alone. This is required for planing purpose because I execute the project one stage at a time.

Location: Imo State
Size of decking required: 13m by 10m (130 sqm area).

Any suggestion will be immensely appreciated...

which part of porthacourt is your land located.Cost of building permit would normally depend on the building size .
- Go to the rivers state secretariat.
-Locate ministry of housing.
--Locate building control department/agency.
-Obtain the form and fill..
-submit necessary documents pertaining to the proposed building. (Building plan, structural drawing,M&E)
-Expect feedback in the next two - 4weeks

I had another, but this time the dream looked so real.

I saw my body in a cave, my body was suspended in the air, my eyes were wide open, then all of a sudden different colours of light started to pass through my body.(blue, purple, red, yellow and orange).

The dream ends.

NOTE :

I had the dream a while back, but since then , I just seem to have knowledge and wisdom about things on earth and life itself. I am in my 30's with two kids but I am always advising people above 60.
Another thing, I have noticed i get annoyed when elders in their 70's and 80's refer to me as a small boy.

good morning.

I had a dream, a man and woman dark in complexion visited me . They both wore purple robe, with eyes that suggested they were not human(scary).
They said they had a message for me, the female looked me in the eye and said "son of Shaw ! why are you running away from the will of God". Now because of how scary and terrifying their eyes looked, I started praying in the dream. While I was praying they were firing arrows and lightning at me. All the casting,binding and calling on the Holy Ghost fire, seemed to have little effect on them.
After hours of spiritual battle, they left.

DREAM ENDS

They called me "son of Shaw", my dads name is "Joseph" not "Shaw" .
