ATM machine surprise me yesterday as I needed money since my bank (GTbank) is a little bit far from where I stay,so I decided to use Use UBA ATM. I slot in my card ,type all necessary details and waiting to collect the money.What I saw was I can't want withdraw money at this time.I brought out my card and I alert came immediately from GTBank "The amount of N5000 and N65 sevice charge has been deducted from your account. I rushed into UBA bank to lay my complain ,the security man at the entrance as I explain to him told me that it was my bank's network that caused the issue. So I went home,waited for a whole day to see if the they will reverse it to no avail.
This morning,I to my Bank (GTBank) and complain to them, after filling the form that the game. I was told, it will take 8 to 10 working days(2weeks) before they can reverse it.
This happened in Aba Owerri Road,Aba,Abia State.
I don't know what these our banks are turning into.
I should wait for a whole 2 weeks, to get money back.
Let me stop here for now.
