Tell us the disadvantages of getting married late. Like I always tell people never use your lucky rosy life as template for others. At a stage in my life, I was a genius, creative / intelligent, first class in making & possessing great retentive memory. I started planning & thinking I will start a family at age 25 & be a multi millionaire before 30 but guess what.. things started slipping that till this day is a mystery what happened to me. Most of the people we grew together still thinks am that person they use to know. I'm not lazy or proud person but those great qualities in bold vanished. The life I dreamt off & felt at a stage in my life is same life I see other folks enjoy even without possession of skill. Eccl 9:11 comes to mind.

Some got favoured by the best things of this life earlier but sadly returns to the grave earlier than their mates who are still struggling to eat 1 square meal daily. It is good to marry early but atimes, chance & circumstance may alter this decision for you. Some married at 22, 24 but after 15 years no child yet. Let's learn to appreciate Jehovah for the current situation we are now (especially if you're not the cause of those hindrance)

All these leaving home stories & tales should not be a template to gauge success. Some left early & it paid while the majority ended like the proverbial prodigal son. Other than job location, an unmarried young lady should continue living with parents or family house.
