If we are not careful in this country, judiciary will burn this country to ashes. A time will come where supreme court Governors will be littered all over Nigeria due to corruption.

Bubu failed in 1984 and now again. Blame bubu? No but Nigerians that keeps electing the worst among them because of tribalism, illiteracy, mental laziness, foolishness, religion.

Nigerians are like children with short attention span. Politicians give them #2000 and immediately they forget their 8 years sufferings. They deserved their wicked leaders truly.

Yesterday I was trying to lecture people on the true meaning of "selling your conscience". If you took my 2k and voted for me then you sold your conscience. If after eating my money and vote someone else, you are thief and a robber. Stop saying it is our money. This is the trick satan uses to deceive you. This is why your curse becomes very useless to the politicians because you all becomes the same thieves, destroyers & robbers. You can't really challenged them to be accountable.

Benin City is totally locked down currently from where I trekked from Siluko/Textile mill road to Ugbowo locked. Area boys are on rampage, while some using the opportunity to extract illegal funds from motorists on emergency. Most of the banks here are being vandalized with ATM not spared. Burning of tires on major tarred roads. POS stand are being destroyed. The whole thing here is looking like ENDSARS reloaded. Nigerian sufferings just further activated. People will feel this senseless attacks from tomorrow. Self inflicted hunger and looting by few elements is about to finish the innocent citizens.

Don't take any notes to banks for now to avoid your continuous suffering. This is what smartness means but Nigerian definition of smartness means to cheat, defraud and beat a working system.

Nigerians are too weak mentally and not intelligent at all. They allow people cheat them because they too believe they will cheat the next person by inflating the price of their goods or service & at the end of it all, they remain in circles. Why will a normal functioning citizens allow POS agents to cheat him with 10% in the guise of withdrawing your hard earned money? Majority of the POS outlets are owned by the so called greedy and selfish bankers.

The day I finally realized that nigerians love to suffer in the hands of their oppressors is this common response in local parlance "waiting we go do na. We go still buy am even though the price change from #200 to #2000 over night. We no go eat our money na. Hunger and disunity among followers are the weapons politicians uses to hook nigerians in the throat & is working well. Nigerians love food so much that you can call a few among them to disorganized an entire group. ENDSARS is an example. Resilient in Nigerian is not courage but stupidity.

I hate POS & I have never put my life in a position to use them. I still wonder till this moment how I survive in Nigeria without a single stress despite the fact that I don't even have money nor beg. I leave within my means & no faking life.

Nigerians are just unnecessary being wicked. Surprisingly today, people are dishing out the new notes they kept in their houses since. A pastor complain to me this afternoon that a POS guy is asking him to part with #1000 for every new #10,000 currency withdraw. I told him not to try it. If nigerians were truly intelligent, you are not supposed to withdraw old notes from the ATM. Leave the banks to eat their old notes till the deadline date.

How come the so called "loving house of assembly" is not talking about the fuel price killing nigerians right now. Nigerians are a people that love to suffer.

Nigeria governors are the laziest and the least intelligent in the world. Collect allocation from Abuja, pay salaries. Next is to reconstruct few substandard roads in already concentrated areas. All of these for 8 years and then the next one does his. No innovation, no well planned cities, no human capital development, no social security.

The difference between Oshiomole and Obaseki is this: while Oshio was building roads with wider views and some side walks, the current one is a sitting duck making all major roads in Benin city narrower. Two vehicles can hardly pass each other in opposite direction. The former used generator to power street lights while the latter is using Ossiomon gas plant. The both are very useless and a total failure in Edo State. The roads left by Ogbemudia is what they can't even maintain or expand let alone building their own world class roads. Nigeria and black Africans in general can't even show a local government in their state with close resemblance to the developed nations of the world.

In my compound in Benin City, I have given away 40 litters of rubber paint filled with pear free. Looking at the tree this morning na so unripe pear sara. This thing full Benin because our wise parents then have this culture of planting trees in their compound but sadly most of the upcoming stupid powerless pastors of this generation usually advice their dead brain unholy members to cut down trees in order to disconnect witches & wizard lol.

As Nigerians, please have one or two fruit trees in your property. Choking up your entire plot in the name of building a house is not intelligence. If you manage 50/100 properly, it will accommodate a tree without any natural threat. The best time to plant a tree is now just as I did few years ago.

My research for more than 25 years indicates that unless a female is raped, she has 99% will power to say no to sex no matter how tempting the situation is. There's a saying in Benin that a son who depends on house rent is not yet ready in life. Even if increased to 5k, the funds wouldn't make a difference to my financial status. "Face me I face you" is the least of house pattern to get decent rent. Na make house not just empty or taken over by weeds or start to crack hence the reason for tenants. Bathroom, toilet, kitchen, borehole with 3 overhead tanks all enclosed. The compound is very neat, clean, secured, etc. because of my strict rules. Close to uniben back gate near federal road.

Here in Benin City I have seen many properties abandoned and left to rot away once the owners dies. The owners once laboured & toiled just so their children can have roof over their head.

Immediately death struck the father, maintaining the house becomes a big burden especially if the children are still struggling financially.

My findings over the years indicate that:

1. The house have reach wear and tear phase. At this stage you keep spending to fix roof, doors, windows, soakaway, toilet fittings, etc.

2. Family issues. Those from polygamous household would understand

3. Children migration: Most or all the children make it early in life and left their parents. After burial everybody just disappear again.

4. Rent money can't fix a house: In my father's house for instance, there are 3 tenants & each room is #3500 with borehole, kitchen & WC toilet. Do you know we still have people owing 1 year plus in rent in my father's "face me I face you" ? They were 5 occupied rooms before now. I got quit noticed from my lawyer to evict some tenants because they could no longer pay their rent. Was not interested in their rent but to leave the house. They blamed Buhari for their inability to pay up rents. My plan is to convert the building to a 2 room self con and 3 bedroom flat when the Lord blesses me & is even located in a developed area close to Osasogie

Summary: There's this misconception in Nigeria were everyone thinks owing a house or called a landlord is a big deal. If you are still struggling to take care of the basic necessities, better you live in a rented apartment. If you've spare millions to build without any hindrance from start to finish please do so quickly.

I would rather I earn 2million naira monthly as a comfortable tenant than a 100k as a struggling landlord. Don't make the mistakes some of our parents made in their time. If you must leave property for your children, let that property be built to outlived you & your children or make it possible for them to sell it at their comfort without worrying about your grave in it.

It takes 20 to 30 years to breakeven from your commercial building & hence while some persons resort to using inferior materials or increasing rents to quickly recoup their investment capital.

We have spent over 900k from last year to this year while total rent deposits in the same period is less than 100k lol. The entire re- roofing of the house is estimated to cost about 2.5m naira. I'm not even the first son & have got my life to leave.

The then governor Ogbemudia of blessed vision was to make UNIBEN a self sustaining mini city. Those encroached land was designated for hostels namely A to Z stretching to Upper Mission and Igboba Hills My late dad of blessed memory was part of the artisans that worked in the school hostels during Ogbemudia's regime & is the reason I've this first hand credible information. If it was a success all these years, accommodation, transportation, cost & burdens wouldn't have been heard of in UNIBEN. The goal was to have shuttle service etc. running 24hours within the campus while connecting directly to major city centres. This development would have been one of the greatest thing that befell Benin City in sub sahara Africa. Immediately Ogbemudia was out of government, his plans and projects died & nobody could continue in that direction. Lack of continuity by successive administration is the reason Benin City & Edo State is 1000 years behind in all developmental indices when compared to ordinary London.

Our leaders have finished us in this country.

Also you wonder why there's so much high blood pressure level amongst the larger population of Nigerians both older & younger lately. From food to vegetables are all laced with dangerous chemicals. Tomatoes, plantain, bananas and fruits are induced with carbide to ripen fast hence while you buy these stuff, they hardly can pass 12 hours at home without starting to rot.

I think educative radio programs in Benin City is part of the reasons Edo people are wise & smart. Right now for field I dey listen to popular radio station.
