MY STATE IS NOW A PRIVATE/FAMILY COMPANY TO THIS FOOLISH NORTHERN THAT CANT EVEN PAY IMO STATE HEALTH WORKERS THEIR SIX MONTHS SALARY. ATURUOCHA PLS PAY MY MUM HER SALARY,WE CAN THEN MANAGE WITHOUT GOOD HEALTH CARE SYSTEM,EDUCATION AND GOOD ROADS TILL 2019.
