there was a time when icsl doesnt allow degree holder to write their weekly test but am nt sure if dey are now allowing b.sc holder to write also. pls can some1 confirm this to me?

pls when were u interviewed by dem? I just wanna know if dey have conducted another round of interview after d one conducted in d middle of d year. I doubt if those guys can start with 150k because dey too dey ask how much person want take during d interview.

i think it depends on d nature of job dey get for u. The practice of other agents like dem is dat dey deduct certain percentage of salary for a certain period of time eventhough am nt kinda sure of d style adopted by dis particular one uve asked. pls where are dey located in Ib cos I also have interest in seeking job thru those agencies nowadays because of their job assurance.

@op. i also studied engrg course but i think d point is engrg graduates are nt d worst hit but d stress engrg graduates undergoes right frm admisn process stage till graduatn stage in schl is nt adequately compensated for in a country lik nigeria. i now clearly see dt nigeria is nt ready for technological advancement and because of dt i cant advise my jnr ones to waste their time on in in naija at least for now because most pple who only get field engrg job here are very connected.

skill acquisitn is good but where is d job to do after d training? am quite sure u wud hav also prefered to practise ur skills in a relevant firm but for dis naija situatn. i hope d training doesnt cost much

@omolara. It has taken too long a time for eko supreme to contact pple who were interviewed on june 1st in apapa. I understand dey hav taken action on d 1st set of successful applicants but can u help to make enquiry abt d fate of d 2nd group? i wrote their test last yr and if d format hasnt changed,it's gonna be paper based and d beauty of it is dat it was conducted by their hr dept (no 3rd party involved). it will be 100 questns within 60mins and calculator was not allowed. it comprises virtually all d parts/sectns in gmat. but i can still remember dat it contained abt 20 questns for quantitative reasoning,abt 15 questns for numerical reasoning while all other parts (be it verbal,critical,logical...) were adequately represented.
my observation: ure going to start with quantitative reasoning which may consume ur time esp if ure nt fast in solving maths.
2: capitalise on ur strength and stop wasting time on questns ure nt too sure of as u have a great task ahead to solve 100 questns within 60mins.
3. irrespective of ur discipline or what we applied for,we all wrote d same test but we were told to write our course of study on answer booklet.

hmmm.....na naija we dey oo. op shud know dt ASUU fit fight for pay increase 2morow and d salary jump to 200k+. if she has enof leg to push for d job here she fit come try am. u neva can tell what 2moro holds. only dt she will neva look like a pauper if she takes d job

d same ascon was contacted to handle recruitment in osun state some mths ago and d result of d test was cancelled due to irregularities experienced during d conduct. jamb was later given d job to do and despite dat,d state only charged applicants #1000 dey paid for d form dey bought. why d difference in ogun?

Tomoarika: Congrats to those who received IVs for '2nd interview'. Its really not an interview per se, rather thats when/where you'll be offered employment. All d best. Btw d induction was a formal introduction to d coy. Cant say much more.

Rexmarysweet: Workforce is one of the most innefective bureaucratic/fraudulent recruitment Agency.Though they give Thousands of Nigerians hope every year by their assumed recruitments for first bank plc and other parastatals but the truth must be told and I have already written a book titled THE MASSIVE RECRUITMENT FRAUD IN NIGERIA-Nigeria Human resource officers/Agencies as a case study.
Nailanders I want u all to verify the following assertions;

1- Enter into any three branches of first Bank plc and ask people working their whether the entered through workforce.

2-Why would workforce not ugrade their system in other to release peoples scores immediately after clicking the submit button.

3-why does it take workforce time to release their results in the usual message that they are sorry that u wouldn't continue to the nextphase of the recruitment.

4.The most shocking one,take your time and visit the Firstbank trainning school and ask people their to tell you how they where recruited and invited to come for Training School.

5-What percentage does workforce recruit for firstbank every year because those that will always come for the test are more than the number of first Bank plc workers nationwide.

All the same,goodluck to you all.

I hope ur advice helps to inform someone better abt d operational mode of dis workforce. I wrote their test for heritage bank job in march & was surprised to hear pple comparing & confirming d expo dey got b4 d exam day wit d test we wrote on dat. I got discouraged d moment i knew first bank is using d same firm to recruit dis yr. My advice 4 pple who wrote it is to hope for good but think less abt d delay in getting result as currently being experienced. God will see us thru in naija!

i dont tink omolara has a case to answer again.it seems their job in netherwood has been completed after d selectn process and it's now left to Eko supreme to decide. If somebody can get us their contact no in eko supreme so as to know wetin dey shele it go better.dat's my idea sha
