God1000:Shut the fvk up and stop beating a dead horse. A president that you know doesn't care, yall keep repeatimg the nonsense instead of thinking what else can be done since the president wont do anything. |
samomoli:Painfully true. Not because it is theoretically impossible, but because our fellow black men are unimaginably myopic |
davidotokiblog1:You say these things because you obviously don't know the meaning of Nigeria. Nigerians have this habit of isolating an issue as if other areas of countries life are okay. The disparity you see between house rents and affordable flows from a foundational problem with Nigeria as a country. From ridiculous minimum wage, to lack of Enforcement of the minimum wage (even though it's ridiculous), to general govt ineptitude as govt has failed in all its responsibilities to citizens. Bro, Nigerian govt literally does nothing for its citizens. It may actually be the worse govt in the world. The direction I'm going is that all of these factors create serious deficit in all sectors. There is housing deficit because of widespread poverty due to poor wage system, so rent must go up There is serious insecurity in the land, Nigerian is virtually in an unofficial civic war that nobody wants to acknowledge, with the incessant farmer herder clash food will be expensive in comparison to minimum wage. The govt has refused to provide stable electricity (and I'm deliberate with the use of the word refused) meaning we are highly dependent on importation, which will driver up cost of goods, including building materials. I can go on an on on this analysis but my point is Nigeria is a country that has suffered general systemic failure and if you want to be frank, you cannot expect anything to go well in Nigerian. You cannot expect reasonably priced rent in a country that has decent housing for only about 30% of its population. A country where N36M was the amount released to the health sector in a whole annual budget. My point then is, we should be protesting a general shift in govenance, not surface issues like high rent. It's like taking pain killers without diagnosing the real underlying problem. |
helinues:So now after using your brain to digest what macaroni said, you didn't find any sense in it. So it's okay that the president no longer pays attention to mass Killing of the people he swore an oath to protect. You are a very shameless human being. I wonder if they always put a gun to your head to write these things. You even when as far as attacking the guy's personal life, totally digressing from the main issue. I sincerely hope you will find something more Honourable to do with your life. This ur hustle of paid sycophancy is eating up all your self esteem. That's if you have any. |
SixSeven:You sound funny. In a country literally gasping for breath like nigeria, politics is a game of life and death. The lives and destinies of millions are impacted by election outcomes. If someone chooses to vote for an enemy of the people for some dump reason, that person is an enemy himself and can be berated for his choice. You cannot be against my political wellbeing and expect me to be smiling oth you. No one can stop anyone from supporting their candidate of choice, but actions have consequences. |
Obiedun:Chief slave, that's what they paid you to come on here to do. To gaslight people abi. If anyone is unemployable because of bad education, who is the cause of it if not your paymasters. And before you say your usual rebuttal, govt is a continuum and this present administration must own all the failures of past administrations. Write your funny comments discouraging people from complaining all you like, but they must complain and soon, very soon these complaints will turn into a movement of the people. It will be unstoppable. It will be a purge. The land will be cleansed. One day. Tell your masters. |
VOsimhen144:Bro, has this administration really pause the implementation of the new tax law? Because me I've been worried about how to file my tax returns ending of this month o |
aswani:This is the nonsense they will have you myopic citizens regurgitate. There's no opposition, so what's obi? If not that your president s perfected his rigging mechanism, he knows he should be very worried about obi regardless of party uncertainties. How many days did it take for obi to build the crazy momentum he did with lp in 2023. Who says that is not achievable one more time |
saintopus:Are you stylishly wishing the president death, because he will not win his re election bid |
jeff1993:Liar!! you are a fan of tinubu. That's the only reason u see the need to shed these needless tears. If they were really wasting their time, why did you notice the event and comment. I laff when u say tinubu is politics. That's nonsense. Tjnubu is nothing without electoral malpractice. That is his whole game |
Richtaiwo:Why then are you using neck vein to discredit the occasion if it is not significant |
aswani:Let me tell you the practical meaning of brilliance, and this is ironic, Mr grammar. An individual can be said to be brilliant if they are a great achiever in their field of endeavor and have great oratory skills to project the workings of their own mind to the astonishment of others. In other words, great mind plus great personality equals brilliance. So to answer your question, trump is brilliant, so is kemi. You don't find yourself in such positions by being a dullard. And to help you further, brilliant people can have vices, they're not flawless people. They can be evil, hypocritical whatever. And u speak of my grammar again, I'm certain I speak better English than you wey dey shout grammar. I no get your time on that note. Finally, I know people who brought their uk certificates to get jobs in nigeria without prior nigerian experience or whatever. No nysc sef. And they probably get better pay. Your logic is flawed. |
elitper:Let's get this thing clear for once. The British guys see them more like boys hired for a dirty job and trust me, the boys are doing a well done job. The failures of the nigerian system is the intended design of the British empire. So it's more of come here boys, you done well. The criminals terrorizing nigeria are not nonentities, they have the direct backing of either govt of Nigeria or that of a world power. Let's see these issues for what they truly are, so that we can make progress |
aswani:Degree recognition for job opportunity purposes, that's what i meant. Not for further studies. Of course they will let you further ur studies on a nigerian degree. No be money u wan spend? But go to the uk and get a white collar job with only ur uniben degree make I dey look you. Funny guy. Lol, want to pick on grammar now, like I give a shit what you think. This is social media, typos other errors are permissible, not like I'm writing ielts. Stay on the issue. Kemi is the leader of opposition in the uk but in your books, that's not brilliance. So na u dey brilliant abi. Again, she has never lied about Nigeria. Everything she ever said is true. |
SeeWahala:You're right to say this bro. But the reason I feel a sense of duty to dismiss their flawed narratives at all times is that if we let them go unimpeached, there's risk of other passive citizens believing and running with the flawed narrative. The resultant effect being that ignorance will take root and poor government will become the norm. |
richiemcgold:Pele mr pro Nigeria. Nigeria is not her source, the earth is. She is a brilliant mind and wherever she finds herself (as in the uk), she will do exploits. The saka and Joshua you speak of, they got all the support and nurture from outside Nigeria, they identifying with nigerian out of their own benevolence. Nigeria is a shit hole country. Nobody true achiever needs recognition or honor from Nigeria of all countries. Speaking of honor, Nigeria is so shit hole that if you carry a Nigerian BSc or MSc go Europe, they will barely recognize it. You have to do their own degree over again. Na that one be country? |
Malagans:Smh, a president is only as influential as his country. Tinubu may have level as a local champion in Africa, but in the eye of the rest of the world, na boy. You preside over arguably the poorest country in the world, that one na better president? Nigeria is also the highest cluster of poor and wretched most people in the world. If you've ever seen documentaries of Nigerians putting everything on the line, crossing Libya and the ocean just to escape from the evil Nigeria, you will know that Nigeria is no country to be proud of. |
Ezmans:It's because of stupidity actually |
Malagans:Has she ever told a lie about Nigeria? Una e, na una dey spoil this country. Something wey bad, una no wan make them talk am. Who do una like this |
Sheuns:Abi, no mind them |
Stephen0mozzy:Don't call her unfortunate, it is you who is unfortunate. No well to do nigerian of kemi's caliber needs recognition from a useless president. |
ZombieTERROR:Why do yall fool yourselves about this name and legacy shit. Does tinubu or any of the politicians ruling you look like they care about name or legacy. Whether they're ruining their legacy or not, is that enough reason the masses should fold their arms and watch on in suffering? This is nigeria where people worship money. No matter how badly behaved a rich man is, he will still be worshiped by the suffering masses. So make una no dey talk this name or legacy thing, na distraction from real issues |
Agbejr:Lol. |
Didijiji:This ignorance amongst citizens is what keeps bad govenance going. Who told you they don't know they're destroying the country? Of course they know, they just don't care. They have Intel of what is happening in the streets more than anyone here on the internet. They know you're all suffering profusely. They president has acknowledged your suffering many times in his speeches so what are you saying. Instead of you citizens to organize and reject bad governance una go dey make excuses for them, claiming they don't know what's going on. The country is exactly the way they want it to be |
lagonovo:Nigerians are mostly hypocrites. And also very unconscious people. Come to Abuja that's even the capital city of Nigeria and come and see poverty. There are beggars and street boys all over the streets because of hunger and lack of job opportunities. Yet some idiots will be all over the internet saying nigerian is not failed. Even compared to to many African countries, it's still a failed country. |
Ninaffivadit:Stop spreading ignorance. 1 liter in canada may be whatever price but their people can afford it based on good wages. 1k/litre in nigeria in relation to our wages is unaffordable. |
Sccarrr:You are not really making sense. It's bad but it should not be said |
With language like this, we may just be witnessing the buildup to a world war. I really hope it's not so but, when you say you'll erase Israel and it's religion related, it's going to be unending fireworks. |
eherbal:Na so una go dey laff dem but things go dey happen. Did they not just clear 5 our of 6 LGAs in abuja? |
