Who told you they don't know they're destroying the country? Of course they know, they just don't care.

They have Intel of what is happening in the streets more than anyone here on the internet. They know you're all suffering profusely.

They president has acknowledged your suffering many times in his speeches so what are you saying.

Instead of you citizens to organize and reject bad governance una go dey make excuses for them, claiming they don't know what's going on.

The country is exactly the way they want it to be

Sometimes I wonder if some of our people truly open their eyes when we move or drive around Nigeria, and this is not even about the past 10 years alone. The reality is glaringly clear but most of us can't see beyond our noses. Just step out on the streets and make sure you pay attention to people, not just your own dreams and hustles. We are natural hustlers so we hardly pay close attention to others cool .
Nigerians are mostly hypocrites. And also very unconscious people.

Come to Abuja that's even the capital city of Nigeria and come and see poverty. There are beggars and street boys all over the streets because of hunger and lack of job opportunities.

Yet some idiots will be all over the internet saying nigerian is not failed.

Even compared to to many African countries, it's still a failed country.

But honestly these is what opposition is supposed to be doing- putting structures in place, both formal and informal.

Atiku and Co are there whining upadan on one issue or the other rather than seriously giving APC a run for their money.

I'm so disappointed in them... maybe they think taking power from Tibunu will be child's play or taking candy from a kid.

I disappoint gan especially in atiku... obi I know before has never been creative. I don't think atiku genuinely believes he can win afterall he has given his best shots. This is his poorest attempt. Deep down inside maybe he has given up. Abi na old age sef!

When the even sent notice we won't have light for 2 weeks due to upgrade by phcn that was when they knew yes Tinubu tried.
This is one of the reasons nigeria's future is so bleak and things will keep getting worse.

The truth you don't see is that this govt hasn't exactly upgraded infrastructure in the power sector, they've only systematically shifted concentration to the elites to get all the power while others live in darkness.

Do you know that as you enjoy 20hrs power that you boast of, way more neighborhoods have seen decline in power supply and the crazy part is everyone now pays more.

Meanwhile, what you're boasting of is only 20hrs, which means it's still not reliable.

Mind you, Electricity is not rocket science. Many smaller African countries enjoy electricity without power cuts.

Apc is all propaganda and only came to inflict pain on nigerians.
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Can't Defeat Tinubu - Geh Geh by realG101(m): 1:52pm On Feb 23
Social media is truly a double edged sword.

Any paid influencer can just jump on and sway the minds of millions of people the wrong way.

I'm quite sure this guy has collected his own brown envelope.

You are saying obi's popularity has reduced. Firstly, that is false. The mumu gengen is confusing popularity with momentum.

Plus, if anybody has declined in popularity, it will be tinubu and not obi. Tinubu wey be say hin own base sef na ebinpawa them dey chant now.

The statement about obi not standing a chance due to lacking of structure is also unfounded. With his lack of structure he commanded millions of organic followership (and votes) in 2023. So structure is not a primary factor here.

The claim that tinubu won from outside and can never be defeated by obi now that he's inside is also flawed. The main reason he won was declared winner in 2023 was election malpractice. But since things have not changed with inec, this is the only reason obi may not defeat tinubu.

All other points raised by gengen are baseless. They definitely paid him to Demarket obi.

However, my honest advise to obi is to work on citizens motivation to come out on election day.

If there's any lesson from Saturday's fct elections, it is the fact that there's this widespread voter apathy and lack of motivation to come out to vote.

And that is a major advantage for riggers. The only people who came out in abuja on Saturday were persons who wanted to get paid to vote, not well meaning electorates (which are the people who would have voted for ADC).

Nigeria's problems are so complex.

Here is a bunch of banana I bought for N500, this would go for nothing less than $4 in Canada, please note these are organic bananas we are talking about not the extra-sweet, GMO tampered bananas in the west and I got this in Lagos meaning folks living in the suburbs might even be buying cheaper.

I also buy I big avocado for N400, do the maths and convert to $. When next you complain about Nigeria, remember we have cheap and easily accessible fruits and vegetables.
Let's do a quick math.

Minimum wage in nigeria: 70k monthly

At N500, u can buy a bundle of bananas 140 times only with you 70k salary.

Notes, more than half of the working population earns below the minimum wage in nigeria.

Minimum wage in canade: approx 3k cad monthly.

At 4 cad you can buy a bunch of bananas 750 times with your 3k cad salary.

Note: most Canadians (and even immigrants) earn well above the 3k cad minimum wage.

You people should stop using fraudulent indices.

Yes, you make a good points but, with all the above, more people are still miserable over there than in Nigeria.
You do realize Nigeria is still a developing country and, we still have a long way to go but despite all that, we have it good here in Nigeria.

On band A, I have lights for about 22 hours in a day and when the light is off, the kids go to play table tennis or basketball in the compound, don’t forget we have good weather all year round in Nigeria. This week there was a mass shooting in BC Canada leading to death of 10 students. This goes to show nowhere is perfect or totally without one form of problem or the other.8
I will start with ur last statement, before the recent Canada shooting, when last was there one? In nigeria, u cannot go one week without hearing of a senseless killing, usually tens of people. There's so rampant now d media doesn't even give them the attention they deserve anymore.

Now, it is a joke to say that there are more miserable people in Canada than Nigeria. That's a goof.

If you are miserable in Canada, you probably did it to yourself. But in nigeria, unless you're born into the elite class, you are very vulnerable to misery. Though I should mention, many nigerian have been miserable for so long, they forgot they are actually miserable.

Finally, nigeria is not a developing country, it's one on life support.

Not all the time and not easily.

Besides, no system is ever 100% safe. The manual transmission is vulnerable to manipulation too so vulnerability is generally not an excuse.

Worse case scenario, the two modes of transmission can compulsorily coexist to corroborate each other.

Now, to educate you.

NOBODY IS AGAINST ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION .

Did you get that or you want it to be spelt out in vanacula huh

The bone of contention is the REAL TIME TRANSMISSION. Which USA cannot even do at the moment. It cannot be passed as law because of the legal implications (if the transmission is delayed for whatever reason, it will no longer be real time, and its later delivery will not be admissible, and this can create a lot of issues).

So there will be e-transmission. But not real time.

Tinubu till 2031.
Educator,

The act or nigerians are not necessarily asking for real time, rather we are asking for compulsory/non optional e transmission. it is some of you that are making assumption as regards real time.

And if the act is asking for real time, then nigerians must sensibly concede that it does not necessarily have to be real time.

Then we should push for the e transmission to be admissible even if not real time, afterall the manual transmission also takes time before reaching collation center.

The delay doesn't take away from the genuineness of the results.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Unlikely To Sign Amended Electoral Act - Sunday Dare by realG101(m): 8:34pm On Feb 12

We don't need anything electronic. It can be easily hacked. Also many areas in Nigeria don't have internet. Manual is better.
Why are they not 'easily hacking' bank servers as they please.

This e transmission matter is very sensitive if nigeria must survive.

Make una no dey dey pessimistic on the issue.

Most of us are graduates on this platform, let's use our imagination.

If you upload a doc, pic even a video file in an area where there's no network coverage, it will not be rejected, rather it will hand in the air till you migrate to a network covered area and it will drop on the other side.

The e transmission can certainly work in that manner, WHT are you people of Nigeria thinking shallow and allowing politicians to carry u play.

If they successfully rob us of this e transmission opportunity with their dumb network narrative, Nigeria will do a very sharp nosedive and will never come back.

Banditry baa, una never see nothing. Poverty and crime go become una motto.
