Buhari said that out of the total percentage vote he got in 2015, that Southeast aka Igbos gave him around 5% and that for that that nobody should expect him to treat them the same way he would treat other regions that gave him higher percentage.



He wasn't saying that total Igbo vote is 5%, he was referring to the total percent of votes Igbos gave to him as a candidate compared to what they gave to Goodluck

but election have happened 3 times now n the winners have emerged without Igbo votes
