Why did Obi pick a Fulani from North west as his running mate. Is that equity and justice. Are there no other qualified northerners that are not fulani from other parts of the north? Buhari a fulani from north west is about to complete his tenure and Obi is picking someone from the same region as vice. What Obi did is to win election rather than fairness and equity. It is the same thing Tinubu did ,he picked Shettima to win election rather than fairness and equity.
If Obi is about fairness and equity he would have picked non fulani from North East or North Central or a Christian northerner. No he didn't he picked fulani from north west. If anything happens then another northwest will become president.
I don't understand why people are not seeing this ,everyone seem to be focused on Tinubu. Tinubu picked his vice to win the same way Obi picked his vice to win not for fairness and equity.

You can't compare a state like Anambra to Lagos. Lagos state is so rich that it can even sustain other states. Why has Lagos state not reach the level of Dubai? In your mind you know the political aspirant that can move the country forward, but because of tribalism and my person must be there, you will vote in your brother to the detriment of the whole country. Nigeria has past 1999 era kind of politics, if the developed countries voted like the way we do in Africa, I don't think they will be where they are now. Let's say for example, in your community there is an election and some group of people are intentionally voting a goat just to spite certain groups in the community. Will you be happy about that? If those people eventually make the goat the winner, it's everyone in that community that will suffer. The funny thing is that those who voted the goat might leave the community, while the rest suffers. Due to lack of education and sound orientation, certain section of this country always vote according to religion/tribalism and the end product is having a funny character as a leader. The earlier you ensure that the right people are voted in, the better for your comfort.
