Though one may ignore a flabby, protruding tummy and even claim it's attractive, there's no denying the medical dangers. Obviously, the Oyinbo girls or women whose photo is posted here represent an extreme. Believe it or not, I've seen a lady as heavy as that right here in Lagos.

But I'll advice our chicks to take their fitness serious. Some chicks prefer to go everywhere with bikes, cars or public transport. Our chicks in Nigerian banks are especially guilty of this.
