Somebody with photo manipulation skills did a good job making it appear as though Obama had it all wrong when he was posing for the picture.

Sure, I understand where she is coming from:

Take away the condoms-->people are scared of catching a disease-->people stop having random sex and wait till marriage.

Unfortunately, it will never happen this way, in fact, you have a higher chance moving a mountain than thinking you can accomplish this. You cannot stop people from having sex by taking away the condoms. It only makes them want to experiment more and this time, if they catch something, they have an excuse. Remember, before condoms were invented, the so-called children having sex and having babies everywhere. Taking away the condoms will only lead to a higher level of HIV/AIDS and other STDs, abortions and unwanted pregnancies which, if I'm not mistaken, is the very thing we are trying to run away from.
