Celebrities › Re: Anna Ebiere Pregnant Again For Flavour? by Rebuke: 8:28am On Feb 04, 2019 |
safarigirl: Flavour is at home with his kids a lot. All three of them, they have a lovely bond. They are happy together, I'm impressed by the dynamics of the family.
Being married to someone doesn't mean the person can't be a visitor to his kids. Some fathers are away from home so much that they are strangers to their own kids, however, Flavour has managed to ensure he spends time with his children despite the nature of his work.
Marriage does not meam availability. Marriage does not mean love, marriage does not mean attention. So many people are in a loveless marriage and erroneously think marriage is all that matters. It is not. There are many bleeped up kids who have married parents.
Love matters, presence matters. Whether the parents are married or not is inconsequential as long as the child feels loved and accepted by both parents. Staying in a toxic marriage will not help any child. Seems yhu are part of the family or very close to have known so much. Baby mama is a baby mama anytime, no matter how u put it. What stops a man from paying the bride price of a beautiful woman such as this lady, and be a responsible father to her children and a husband to her? Yhu keep a woman as jxt a baby mama and jump about with other ladies in the name of bin a celebrity. I am sure if he catches this lady with another man it'll be hell for her. She'll be tagged a hoe! Well, if as a lady yhu find this kinda life attractive or good enough, then it's amazing what some of yhu ladies crave for. Abnormal is jxt fast becoming the norm these days. |

When an aspirant can boldly and without shame aspire for the highest post in the land and have a youth group cheer his corrupt achievement.

Politics › Re: Nigerians To Pay For National ID Card From 2022 – NIMC by Rebuke: 8:00am On Feb 01, 2019 |
We pay for everything in this country, even with crappy services.
The question is, what do we even stand to gain as Nigerians?
The other JAMB was jubilating over millions of naira generated in just few days, not minding how some of the jambites struggled to pay their JAMB. Unfortunately, we will never know what exactly they do with the money generated or squeezed out of the poor Nigerians.
Every ministry just want to generate fund by force, even at the detriment of Nigerians.
Very soon, they will ask us to start paying for the road we walk on.
Thank God no ministry is in charge of air. We would hav been asked to pay too.
Smh. |

nevplus: Yes,it is a profitable business.you are supposed to gain 4k per bag.so multiply by 10 bags, you know what is the answer.
If you are to start in small scale, then I will advice you to open near busy road so that you gain a lot selling fresh bread from oven to passer by.hot bread sells more than hot cake in that kind of place. If you are to start in big scale ,then you need to open it in area where bakery is scarce so that people around will be rushing your product. Make sure produce both big and small size.never underrate the small size, that is where the gain lies.you then use your vehicle to distribute Lol. Bros, I doubt d 4k profit in a bag thin.....that won't commiserate with d input and the effort generally na. |

Whobedatte: There is this cool guy I met while doing a project for dangote flour last three years He owns the biggest bakery at Abule egba, Lagos (favourite bread). Makes an average of 20 bags daily. He told me one secret as how to survive in the business and become a big player . If you aren't strong (spiritually ) forget bakery business. Same thing Olowo bakery in kola told me Any bakery you see doing 30 bags upward daily , forget no be weytin eye see . Spiritually ke? Lols, abeg o. I did an oil business a little before I stepped down for some reasons. Before I started, I heard all manner of thinz but in the end I discovered that every business is usually associated wt some kind of fear n it's natural. I remember hw I used to hav bad dreams abt my tank falling off, going off in flames etc. Most times, these dreams occur as a result of all manner of stories I've heard n risks involved in d business. Eventually, I stopped because I can't jxt stand d risk of loosing a tank. Each time I was xpectin a delivery I would b restless and filled wt fear bcus if such things happens it means millions gone and d funny thin is, yhu'r on yhur own. If yhu don't hav xtra to get yhu another round.....the business is over. The profits in the business is vry attractive bcus after settling yhur escorts and other xpenses yhu still plenty left as profits. My point is, I don't believe in any spiritual whatever in businesses. It's the tot and stories like this that fuels such fears. They will b telling yhu to fortify yhur self, do sacrifices etc, in d name of the perceived enemies. Smh, Africans though |

akinlolumichael: I don't really know the kind of bread u want to do. If it is to be the normal agege bread you can start with 600k or even less. Ask me how? You don't need to buy all the equipment for start. You just have to rent a bakery and join association, then you start. With 600k, you are good to go. But there is disadvantage in it. The only disadvantage is that you will pay the owner of the bakery per bag of flour you bake... I have done it and it work for me. Now I have my own bakery... Nice idea but I don't think I will like to try that. I mean renting a bakery. The three locations I mentioned (Ibadan, Ogun and Lagos ) Spaces are available for me there. That's one one major advantage I have. I am only considering the one that wil favour me most in term of marketing and competitions. |

Boyooosa: Those first two reasonable comments are the best shots. Don't be lazy, investment requires more than online enquiry. Online enquiry is good when u r making moves, updating online and getting practical advice as necessary. 1, do ur feasibility right (practical not phone or enquiry) 2. Get ur figures (market price ) both on cost and expenditure. 3. Find out the potententials in the business (online can work a bit here but not as effective as ur local area market survey) get it and accurately. 4. Determine your start up capital (which u r assuming 600k), bep, roi and other logistics from day 1 (ie business plan). 5. Most importantly, 600k can only do Nada! That's just the basic truth. Mind you, if u want to have peace of mind, do all the necessary registrations and get the necessary license(s) to run the business. Join or affiliate ur self with relevant association or organisations will help u run ur biz with peace (talking from experience tho). Now, let's do small calculation; Bakery rent or acquisition, nowhere u won't need lesser than 250k. Locally constructed 25kg mixer won't cost u lesser than 150 - 200k, befitting regulated baking oven1.5-2.5, if u need result. Materials, other tools, workers salary must be projected for at least 6months b4 profit expectation. All these things are the things u need to put into consideration. Wish u well tho. Thanks a bunch. I truly appreciate yhur advice. |

Visenya: First of all, what type of bakery do you intend on opening. Is it just bread, small chops, cakes etc. I suggest you start small. I run a home bakery here in the North and for now, I only make cakes because I'm very good at it. Took me 50k to get all my starter baking equipment from Yola. I got an oven of 80k and Generator of 90k. To be honest when I entered cake house in Jimeta Market, I was confused. I had so much to buy with so little money, I almost cried. But I had to prioritize. I went for hand mixer 8k instead of the smallest standing mixer there 19k. I got 4 pans, nozzle set, fondant equipment and much more. To be very honest with you I make nothing less than 70k on a very good week and 30 - 45k on a very bad week. I have a lot of customers and I deliver my best.
Now, you have way much capital than me when I started, you can do better. Work with what you have, work within your budget. Anyone telling you, you need mixer or oven of 500k to 1m is not good at giving advice. You can start at home, share flyers along your street and beyond. You will definitely get customers and as time goes on and you expand because you definitely will, you can now start buying sophisticated equipment one at a time. God bless your hustle Oh my! This is the kind of person I want to hear from. Practical xperience. Yhu jxt increased my zeal n passion. If yhu don't mind, I wil love to contact yhu. |

EASY39: yes You Can't Start With 600k or else your bakery house is on ground ,base On Modernise standard you wil need more than that ROLLER-N80,000 small,BIG ROLLER=180K, LISTER=100K, BREAD PAN For Little Like 2bags=50k Range ,building of bakery will require more money, you buy stainless bathub= 40k or 30k, TABLE needed, building of mod ovun =100k ,eletric= 500k/1m upward, FLOUR=N11,200 ,SUGAR=14500,EDC=KEG N36K,ALL INGREDIENT IN BULK will dol out N55K Cool. I appreciate this. Sounds really practical. The 600k isn't my budget though. |

michaelala: Its a very interesting topic and I've read some of the comments and I'll just add a bit.
Who ever told you that N600k is good to go is seriously lying. There's no way you won't spend at least N3m to N5m even for a hot bread shop!
I set up bakeries for a living, and I design and manufacture ROTARY OVENS here in Nigeria. I also own a bread shop at Abule Egba in Lagos where I have on of my ovens working. So I know what I'm talking about. Actually, the original plan and budget was 2m but I was surprised when I ran into a thread here tht said 600k could start one. During the course of my finding I discovered it's very possible even wt a little lower than that but it's not the kind of standard I desire. Too much stress wt the local equipments. |
