Declaration speech by Servant JEGEDE ONOTU ABDULAZEEZ for the National Youth Council of Nigeria Chairman, Kogi State: "Fellow youths, esteemed leaders, and honored guests, I stand before you today as a proud son of Kogi State, humbled by the opportunity to serve as the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter. As we gather here today, I am reminded of the immense potential that lies within each and every one of us. We are the future leaders, innovators, and change-makers of our great nation. And I firmly believe that together, we can achieve greatness. My fellow youths, we face numerous challenges in our state and country, from unemployment to inequality, from poverty to lack of opportunities. But I say to you, these challenges are not insurmountable. We have the power to create the change we desire. As your Chairman, I pledge to work tirelessly to promote the interests and welfare of Kogi State youths. I will engage with stakeholders, both within and outside the state, to create opportunities for skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, and employment. I will also prioritize youth empowerment programs, aimed at developing the leadership and problem-solving skills of our young people. We will work to promote unity and inclusivity among all youths in Kogi State, regardless of ethnic, religious, or socio-economic background. So I ask for your support, your trust, and your partnership in this journey. Together, we can build a brighter future for ourselves, our state, and our nation. Let us rise to the challenge, my fellow youths! Let us show the world what we are capable of achieving! Thank you, and may God bless Kogi State, and Nigeria as a whole." This speech draws inspiration from the goals and objectives of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, as well as the specific challenges and opportunities facing Kogi State youths.

Theflint1:What's happening is like APC grabbing an opportunity they have been waiting for. It's not about lack of representation Rather, the suspension provides them with advantage and enough reason to finally display their hate towards her. They hate her from that cycle. they don't wish her well. They display this wherever you see them- Facebook, nairaland, twitter, off media. But the real people that matter are with Her. It has been a defeat to whole The recalling will not see the light of the day and the injustice will not be sustained! Ovidiovidi |
OasisX:Yahaya Bello and his goons is hell bent on recalling her. They have invested, spent a lot of money on this recall with media propaganda yet the reality is different. We heard rumours now that he is preparing to replace her if it's successful. Unfortunately, my Governor is only but remote Controlled. It's that bad ![]() |
OasisX Thanks boss. Please modify |

https://www.nairaland.com/8375903/court-stops-inec-receiving-petition Another win. We will not back down till the traitors are exposed and shamed |
raumdeuter:We were all here when Bello, with his money and power tried to do that rubbish with Dino. How did it end? Talk more of now that him and his goon are less powerful. We also know that there's power above behind this. But our gallant senator doesn't move a bit because she knows the majority is with her. When the dust is settled, they will vomit everything and name the losers that sent them. INEC has come out to deny having knowledge of this shameful act. I wonder how it's going to stand in the eyes of the law! |
raumdeuter:Very poorly written script! That one with his head like unripe mango, e clear say dem don bribe werey. Exercise in futility! |
izzou:Why e start the fight in the first place sef? You suppose weigh your options and your chances before picking a fight especially with someone who's instrumental to your current position. Some people sef. |
GloriousGbola:I'm coming boss. That one case nah another dimension. |
izzou:Agreed but in this case, the love of money has little place to hold. |
https://www.nairaland.com/8374319/moves-recall-natasha-kogi-residents Anybody that cares to listen, this is their modus operandi. They are desperate and still pained that their mad dog was chased away from senate. We know their antics. Our job now is to enlighten people especially the old people, the academic illiterates amongst us on their plot and to never give their voters card to any idiot on the guises of empowerment program. We will overcome this turbulent period. |
GloriousGbola:It actually happened in some parts of Okene and Adavi LG. |
raumdeuter:She can't be recalled. Dem no born dat person papa. |
izzou:Bro, normally, no matter how united people are, we still have those betrayers that would want to go opposite or trying to pull every move down. Remember, she fought her way through court to be in the Senate. We still have some painful elements that are looking for her downfall especially this down period. These are the elements that are pulling this exercise in futility. Unfortunately, these people constitute my local government. Yes, they are people from my local government who are desperate and pained that their inactive Son was bundled out of the Senate. We know them but our resolves are stronger enough than any lunatic media display they are carrying out. Very useless people!! |
Theflint1:Exercise wey don die before noon yesterday? We don document those idiots behind it. History will never be kind to them. |
raumdeuter:Ododo, ordinarily, doesn't have problem with Natasha. He's even ready to mend and build relationships with Natasha for the greater good of kogi people. But we have one man in the picture that's blocking all moves. Your guess is as good as mine. #Thisinjusticewillnotbesustained# |
raumdeuter: Sorry, lot of loads on my ass now but you see this recall shenanigans they are displaying, it's dead on arrival. We know the people behind it. These are the people she fought in court to overturn the election in the Senate. These are the desperate nonetities from kogi central that declared that fraud 1:5 victory. We know them and we know their antics. she is the only politicians in kogi central that most people love and ready to defend. I've seen old, young, women, mothers and outsiders troop out to welcome whenever she comes home. To now have media lunatic display is a foolery at best. Their desperate attempt to silence her has been uncovered and exposed. She's has our support because she has been doing extremely well. You see those rogues from red chamber and political losers from kogi central? They will never be able to break the people's mandate. We are ready for them. Their injustice will never be sustained!!! |
Wrong move in my opinion. Don't be surprised this decision might come from Wike. How can you be so stubborn and power drunk? |
How can this guy be problem of man united? Some takes here is nauseating. |
https://www.nairaland.com/8361927/senate-under-fire-disobeying-court That hullabaloo will be rescinded soon. Very soon.
|
Spy360:Apology for what? Is not as if she accused him wrongly. The matter has not been investigated to determine the veracity of the accusation. Please someone should bring that clown for me. I want to knock him. He's irritating!!! |
Spy360:God bless you bro. The suspension is dead on arrival. |
Theflint1:I'm surprised by his takes! Anyway, everyone to his kettle |
izzou:K |
https://www.nairaland.com/8361498/still-continue-serve-people-natasha#134432150 Against the culture of silence, intimidation and victim-shaming; my unjust suspension from the Nigerian Senate invalidates the principles of natural justice, fairness and equity. The illegal suspension does not withdraw my legitimacy as a senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and I will continue to use my duly elected position to serve my constituents and country to the best of my ability till 2027 … and beyond. Senator Natasha H Akpoti Uduaghan Proudly Kogi Central, Proudly Nigerian 🇳🇬

izzou:Suspending the senator representing me and my people is not worth discussing? You mean, all the bills she's currently working on, all the projects currently ongoing and numerous policies established for the betterment of my people being suspended doesn't worth discussing? Let me get it clearly, do you mean I should spend my time discussing Federal Government while leaving out the senator that's closer to people that has undergone different projects in kogi central? If that's not issue worth discussing, I wonder the issues that fall into your 2 millions. ![]() |
What happened to even give a sense of fair hearing Arranging your goons to investigate your case and preside over such case will always devoid of transparency and should not be taken serious by any sane person.Time shall tell...... |
izzou:No sir, for the fact that we are trying to infer the truth from the accusations made helps us to put public officials accountable for their actions and also Ensuring Justice is served. Let those responsible for any wrongdoing be held accountable and not the other way round. |
