Please for the records Medical training is intentionally broad and holistic. Physicians are trained to take a patient's history, perform physical examinations, formulate differential diagnoses, interpret investigations, make clinical decisions, manage emergencies, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and oversee the overall treatment plan. This is why even relatively junior doctors are expected to assess and manage complex clinical presentations.
For example, consider a patient presenting with a PCV of 15%, features of anaemic heart failure, altered consciousness, or complications of chronic liver disease. Or a patient with features of complicated malaria like an acute kidney injury, jaundice . Or a Sickle cell disease patient with a VOC. Remember these are all non surgical cases. Where and how do you expect a pharmacist to start from for crying out loud? Oooh the pharmacist will go ahead and give medications right?
The immediate priorities of a Doctor involve clinical assessment, stabilization, diagnosis, management of complications, and coordination of care. These responsibilities fall primarily within the physician's scope of practice.Please let's learn to be balanced when we are making some of this statements or assertions.
The truth is that I respect the role of pharmacists in healthcare. Their expertise in pharmacology, medication optimization, drug interactions, adverse effects, dosing adjustments, and medication safety is unmatched. Modern patient care would be significantly compromised without their contributions.
But you see this statements of an experienced pharmacist being more important in patients care apart from surgery , make ona just leave dis matter. An house officer will see or recognize what a pharmacist of 30yrs experience will never recognize in their all their practice years.

This is completely true and it is not applicable to only phones but all gadgets . My Samsung was purchased from USA with AT&T network which runs on Snapdragon processor which is totally different from the version sold in other parts of the world especially AFRICA/ASIA/EUROE which uses exynos processor . The difference is that the USA version processor is faster especially for gamers & the picture quality of the USA version is sharper & more colorful than any other Samsung sold anywhere . Samsung phones made for USA are manufactured in Vietnam while CHINA ,South korea manufacture for other markets . The USA own are more durable and takes time to get hot when using it heavily which is not the same for any other variants . Learn and stop saying iPhone is iPhone or Samsung is Samsung . All phones can be the same brand ,same model ,the same functionality but there are differences in the software & processor which physical changes

What could have gone wrong? The fact that a car dropped her simply means she was killed or died in the presence of someone she knows....
Police should track her phone... Know who she called last.... Or who called her.... Triangulate the past place her phone signal was seen.... All these digital footprints can help them narrow down a possible list of suspects... How I wish our roads have cctv or traffic cams... It would have been easy to see the vehicle that dropped her... Get their plates and put out an apb for the owner or driver of the vehicle
