free2ryhme: She doesnot even know naiRaland not to talk of the fake celebration goin on here
who told you? Most of these Naija celebs are nairalanders o. They even open threads about themselves and make blasting posts about their rivals. Dey there make pant dey wear you. Regina Askia knows nairaland so well. Anyway, HBDAY to her. I still love her. She has changed in looks...age things but I think she can do better cos she used to be a model and beauty queen. Has she lost it?

CelebritiesRe: 10 Shocking Photos Of Celebrities Without Makeup!! by RedCard1(m): 5:57pm On Dec 15, 2013
Tyra Banks just her bad picture day. I have seen some better pics of her without make-up and she didn't look so badly in them. Taylor Swift and Shakira are not bad here. I'm suprised @ Katy Perry. Kim K is ok. As for Kelly Clarkson, no comment! You should have posted that of Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, Lady Gaga and Brandy........na there you for see worworism.

CelebritiesRe: If "ONLY" Nelson Mandela Was A Nigerian?? by RedCard1(m): 9:05pm On Dec 14, 2013
We had our own Nelson Mandela and that was Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu. He died in late november 2011 and was buried in the second week of january 2012. MTN and co didn't change caller tunez, it was a national burial and yes money was embezzled as usual. We didn't mourn for long and there was no public holiday for the burial's sake. This makes half of your post right and the rest wrong.

CelebritiesRe: Black Celebrities Who Have Turned White by RedCard1(m): 5:17am On Dec 14, 2013
boss1310: i watched a documentary about african americans and how they practise racism even among fellow blacks,it was an eye opener for me.
i noticed that blacks with light skin are offered more roles in movies,tv adverts even video vixens.before a very dark artist will be signed by a major record label then the artist must have a hell of a talent.
what do people have against being dark that even in africa almost every young lady love to brighten their skin and the male folks has followed suit
@ op the pix you uploaded were they taken with sagem phones
in America, blacks dominates the music industry. Many of them even lead the Grammy i.e Jay Z, Kanye West, Beyonce, Nas, Ne-Yo, etc. It's in movies that the intimidation sets in. Halle Berry is not a great actress neither is she a box office draw but she've had so many lead roles because she's light skinned and can beat most of the white ladies in terms of beauty. Her beauty and skin colour has got her many magazine covers and adverts. Ever wondered why the Oscar favoured her over far better black actresses like Angela Basett and Viola Davis? Its because of the racial love they have for her. If you're dark skinned, you won't make wave in hollywood. Denzel Washington was just lucky. As for the pics up there, I think they were taken with Nokia C1.

CelebritiesRe: Black Celebrities Who Have Turned White by RedCard1(m): 9:00pm On Dec 13, 2013
You forgot to add Monalisa Chinda. She used to have a brown skin but she decided to bleach to the very top. She looks like an albino now. Tonto Dike was never so dark but she has bleached now. Ebube Nwagbo. Even Jordin Spark should be there.
PhonesRe: Samsung Galaxy S5 - Features, Specifications, Price And Release Date by RedCard1(m): 5:45pm On Dec 13, 2013
rozayx5: hmm waiting for jumia to come with double the price undecided
you should be talking about SLOT. Visit Jumia website and you'll see 15% discount on their phones but SLOT never takes that risk.
PhonesRe: Samsung Galaxy S5 - Features, Specifications, Price And Release Date by RedCard1(m): 5:41pm On Dec 13, 2013
The camera is more than protruding (me don't like), the price na fire but the device is stunning. I love Samsung. But there are way too many phones in the market. One may start saving for this Galaxy S5 now and the next week, S6 is out. Soo confusing. Not to forget: I prefer plastic covers to metal.

CelebritiesRe: Fans Can Vote - Ea Reveals 15 Finalists For 5 Sexiest Nigerian Actresses Of 2013 by RedCard1(m): 11:18pm On Dec 12, 2013
Mercy Johnson, Oge Okoye, Uche Jombo, Tonto Dike, Rukky Sanda and co shouldn't have been there. They have no class. They always look like desperate mgbekes. Chioma Chukwuka is NOT SEXY in any way and same goes to that albino looking/bleached out Monalisa Chinda. Genevieve Nnaji wins hands down. Her dress sense is superb and that her cute smile and classy look? Abeg give it to her. Rita Dominic would have been second but she's fucking up these days with her invasion dresses and unending red carpet party attendance.

psalmdave: post the specs? m predicting a 1gig Ram.....Wont be so bad for that 19k
the 19k is for Indian 'RUPPEES. I'm sure it will be well over 40k in Nigeria's Naira. Still not bad though.
PhonesRe: Tips That Makes Your Phone's Battery Last Longer by RedCard1(m): 5:20pm On Dec 12, 2013
Play less music, don't watch videos every minute, chat less and charge your phone when power is restored (every Nigerian family has power generators though).

CelebritiesRe: Genevieve Nnaji Vs Omotola Jalade-ekeinde:who Won The Battle In '13 by RedCard1(m): 9:22pm On Dec 08, 2013
Genny all the way. Time maybe bigger than Elle but Half of a Yellow Sun had/has more power than Bounce, Weekend Getaway wasn't so good but still better than Omotola's fake The Real Me show. As for fashion, we all know Genny have had more hits than misses. Omotola on the other, hand cannot dress to save her life. Genny wins.

Music/RadioRe: 2014 Grammy Awards Nominations Revealed. See complete list here. by RedCard1(m): 9:05pm On Dec 08, 2013
Katy Perry should win best pop vocal performance and song of the year. Justin Timberlake's 'TK0' and Drake's 'Hold on, we're going home' were snubbed. Miley Cyrus' "wrecking ball" got nothing too. I was wishing it a best pop vocal performance nom. There are way too many rap categories...no wonder Kanye West has lots of grammy wins without song or album of the year. Blurred Lines is like the Gangnam Style of 2013. I don't get the hype on that song. I don't just like it.
CelebritiesRe: Rita Dominic And Charles Novia In Twitter War by RedCard1(m): 8:45pm On Dec 08, 2013
Mr Charles is a fault finder who doesn't even make great movies. His movie "Alan Poza" can't be compared to 12 years a slave, Gravity, Zero Dark Thirty, Django Unchained, etc yet he keeps criticising others. At the same time, Rita should sit her ass down somewhere. She won BON Award doesn't make her best abi no be nollywood popularity contest award again? Even Oscar cheats and goes on popularity game most of the time. She should let Novia's rating/review be the way it is.
CelebritiesRe: This Toke Makinwa&linda Ikeji Issue,Toni Payne Blast Linda Ikeji&Blog Commenters by RedCard1(m): 5:06pm On Dec 06, 2013
While I dislike Toke's love for red carpet events and her saying Linda isn't a role model, Linda's blogging style is so bad. She sets the celebs she hates up by making unnecessary posts about them and letting her readers blast them. When it comes to a celeb she loves and wants to be like (e.g Kim K) she will begin to censor comments and avoid insults. She's wack. I stopped commenting long ago when I discovered how bad the blog tends to be. I'll only view posts. I no longer visit nigeriafilms.com for that same reason too. And pls, most of the many comments there are not from Linda's so called loyal reders but some hired hands. I admire Linda for her hardwork but she still needs to redifine her blog.
