normally there is always custom duty.. the problem is that the item did not seem to come as a gift so the invoice has an amount of money written on it and its plain on the pack that is why they charged him because apparently, they think that he is buying and selling commercially. he should go and pay that money if he doesnt want to lose those items. there are men waiting to snatch it from him the second the time they gave him elapsed.
