Hmmm, I am using New hope extra starter Professional 510. 0-2weeks old.
But I started introducing them to waterleaves when they reach 1week, I used to slice it into one feeding tray for them, they used to reject it at first, but now that's what they love most, even if you give them starter and Waterleaves at the same time, they will all rush the water leaves and leave the starter feed.

I was worried the first week too, I chat my mentor Noeloge82 about it, he told me never to rush and wait till when they are 1month old. They are three weeks old now and the weight is ok

****I took them out today, the heat was just too much. They were breathing heavily.
Immediately I brought them out and spray cold water on them, they all stop and bring their wing back to normal place

Source of heat°°° Despite we have 24hrs electricity here in Ondo, I still used charcoal overnight everyday for the first three days before i started using electricity alone.
I open the canopy I used in covering the brooding room every morning, and closed it every evening by 6pm except when it rains.

I was able to see some secret things about most of the chicks we buy. I will just say some vendors are dubious and heartless. Do you know some vendors paint chicks green just to make you believe they're from Agrited? I won't say more than this. Just know that DOC market is a black market.
Buy from Noeloge82, you will never regret it.

My local turkeys always prefer to eat water leaf than grower feed. Hope it doesn't affect their growth.
Bitter leaf and water leaf is their best delicacy. Turn out towards grower feed is always low

1. is there any difference between black Cockerel and white cockerel? 2. which one grow faster between black Cockerel and Noilers? 3. I bought some Noilers sometimes ago, two out of them look like black Cockerel, I told the woman selling cos I bought them at four weeks old, the woman told me they are all Noilers that some noiler have black Cockerel colours too. They are all grown up now, but I noticed those two that look like black Cockerel grow very big and with massive weight, they are two time bigger than the other Noilers that I bought same day, I told the woman today she still insist they are noilers. 4. On foreign turkey, which one is Nicolas breed and which one is exotic breed? which is the best between the two? I need to know about black Cockerel, lots of people, especially old women here are asking for the black cockerel, the women selling used to tell them, there is no black Cockerel again in the market. I noticed the price difference between black and white cockerel is much

They would have be four weeks old today, but everything have been sold off last week, even the last 20 remains have been sold, the man will come and pick them early tomorrow.

Fish- meal is not a natural fodder- feed for chickens . It does not benefit the health of chickens and can cause more harm than good , not only for the chickens but also the consumer.
