In as much as I am advocate for organics, I still advice people to learn the basics (conventional ways). In my honest opinion, there are a lot of jagbanjantis out there in the name of herbal treatments for birds . Everyone don dey turn chicken native doctors without knowing what works or not.
My answer to your organic question is; before that day eventually comes for you to do organics, read up various articles, research works, publications, reviews etc.

Okay, let me chip in a few tips to help prevent further losses.
I for one, take into account little details and don't try cutting corners when carrying out any projects. I make sure a well detailed program covering cost, management & sales before taking any steps. I asked you some questions earlier because I wanted to draw your attention to a few pitfalls in your brooder setup that could prevent you having almost zero mortality (absolutely possible).

Point 1: Please and please, go get feeding trays for your birds and while at that, make provision for flip top feeders.

Point 2: Please raise your drinkers off the floor a little to prevent constant contamination from the sawdust/woodshaving you are using. Also remove the drinkers from being to close to the wall, I can see some at tight corners.

Point 3: I really can't get a full view of your brooder makeshift room but you could try restricting your birds in a small place. I can see some on elevated grounds/slaps.

Point 4: I want to believe you started them off on the sawdust or woodshaving from day one? My point 4 will be based on your answer...

Next is your broiler program.

lost another one today. I noticed it was damn weak about an hour ago and the wing went down, it was weak and could not stand or walk. I isolated it.
I went to check minutes ago and found it dead.

Yes that was how I started.
The source of light is two 100 watts bulb and two charcoal pot, but the weather is too hot this afternoon, that was why I switched off the bulb and took out the charcoal pot to empty the ashes

They almost turned me to a madman, I always smile and sometimes spent minutes inside the pen in the afternoon and midnight

Day 1 night to day 2 morning, they all gathered together in one place and rested on one till the intestines came out through the anus because of cold, and we one one I spent almost an hour to get what led to it death, but no traces. I later threw it away this afternoon

I ordered them from Mr Noelogo82, this is day 3, they are okay and happy, just two mortality.

Those broiler must have been fed with starter for 4 weeks from seller. Question? Do i need to continew feedind with starter on arrival or what. Again sir/ ma what is ideal period to feed with starter, grower and finisher . NOTE - I am to feed for 3month two weeks. Thanks you all

and again when you buy different breeds. Better keep them in different rooms and don’t let them share the same equipments because Sometimes these birds come with faults from the factory and the other breeds will get infected. I’m just saying from experience, I may be wrong

I buy only a gritted chics now. They don’t get so fat like chikun beds but they are strong and don’t die. You’ll record like one or highest two deaths. Or no deaths atall

I raise December chicken starting from October 17 and by December 23rd, I achieve 4 to 5 kg
