BaddieFreak:
You don't know my mom, my mom is not the troublesome type, very gentle and submissive if not she won't be in that house with all the maltreatment. I can't take half of what she is taking.
Relax. I know she's gentle. But the other party nko?

They both need distraction

Hmm, may be true. My step dad has retired and all he does is drink alcohol, my mom doesn't work either and she has refused to start a business though she goes to church regularly but is that enough?
There's need to plan. They need to be distracted. Like an inverter so they have steady light. When they both watch film tire, e go tire them

Another thing I did with my mum was got her a kid to take care of. 2021 I'm getting 2 more so she can become endeared doing this. And the kids will make both parties talk, give orders and drain their energy

The man has abundant energy he isn't using which is why it's happening. You need an outlet he can use his energy

It was his own doing. If he has stopped his stupid behavior, things like this won't happen. And I trust my mom, my mom is not like that
Listen. They both need activities to get engaged in and then bond and then play around. The issue isnt either of them but a lack of engagement and easy access. So they can see their worse unlimited because they aren't engaged with something to keep them happy and take thier time

I buried my own mum in church activities for example. Now, she attends more meetings than a CEO comes in 9pm tired. And that's it her time is invest in engagements

They need to be engaged with activities.

It seems she prefers being beaten to loneliness

TravelRe: Should I Invest In Nigeria Or Wait Until I Get A Permanent Stay In Abroad? by RedPanthar: 2:08pm On Dec 14, 2020
Basalt:
Goodmorning Ladies and Gentlemen.
I am Basalt by name and I came to Germany last year(2019) October for my MSc studies with a little amount of Money and a partially borrowed block account from my inlaw (his money and my money).
On arrival in Germany, I took only a few courses and got a job outside my city and also got a mini-job. I did all my monthly expenses from my Mini job and used my main job to completely pay back my debt within a few months of arrival.

Now, that's not the discussion at hand.
I need advice especially from people who have lived abroad or have many years of experience in life.
My visa still counts till 2022 and I can even extend it if I don't finish my studies by then.
According to German policy, once you graduate from the University, you will be given 18 months to get a professional job or return back to your country.
Returning back to Nigeria is totally out of my plan at least for now because I came from a very poor family without any job connection and I am really enjoying Europe.
I plan to buy land or start building a house (I saved millions of naira and will even save more as time goes) but my friend who is also a student here discouraged me against that saying that my root is not yet fixed abroad that I should wait and continue investing in myself and undergoing professional training until I get permanent residency before investing. That I should always keep saving because it is not certain that I will get a professional job after graduation since my course is not in Information Technology which is currently booming in Germany. That even if I don't get a job, I can use the money to migrate to Canada or any other country of my choice.
He asked What if you invest the money now and don't get a job after graduation, what will you do after the 18 months of post graduation visa since you don't have any backup from home who will help you out financially.

What do you guys think. I need opinions
Split the funds into six months investment tenure and reinvest the returns

Good luck
FamilyRe: Do You Fear For Your Kids Future In Nigeria? by RedPanthar: 1:58pm On Dec 14, 2020
Klass99:
Omo, I think we should all be worried/afraid for ourselves as individuals and not just for our kids (born or unborn ones) I feared for myself in the light of brutal stories narrated by victims of SARS. There was one story in particular that made me realize this shit can happen to anyone, none of us is immune to it, hell I am not immune to their brutality either!

The story I talk about was shared on Twitter by Pastor Adegboye's wife (the twitter handle had her name on it, I can't say for sure if she was the one behind the account) A young lady went out around 7pm to get food items from her mum's shop, which wasn't far from their home. On getting to the shop area, SARS bundled her into their van where other people were being held captive. To cut a long story short, she ended up being tortured into confessing a crime she knew nothing about and spent 3 years of her life in prison (I think @ Kirikiri) before the legal team @ Redeem Church got her out.

I am in the habit of strolling out of my estate around 7 or 8pm, to get groceries or toiletries at a nearby supermarket. There's a popular fuel station where the supermarket is as well, so there's often activity there. When I watched that lady's account of her ordeal, I thought to myself, what happened to her could have easily happened to me too. Because, SARS may be parked at one corner of that fuel station bundling people away for no reason and I may end up a victim, because I went out to shop.

I have always wanted to live in Nigeria, while I continue to travel the world and visit other countries. But lately, I have been seriously contemplating relocating. I once saw a comment on NL where someone said, relocate for the sake of your unborn children and I was like, why do we make everything about children. We should be thinking of relocating for ourselves first and foremost of all, before any unborn children. You are in the land of the living, unborn children have nothing to worry about or fear yet.
Abeg o. If you can afford it, leave. Nigeria isn't sane

Wear round neck top and crazy jeans like Steven Furtick cheesy grin
Funny I've never given concern to dressing per se. But I love the way suits fit on Joel Osteen. Though I'm crazily informal with dressing.

Las Las na one lady go dress me up how she sees suitable. Informal life has impacted how we do lots of things and I think I'm lost in informality

This is the carnage a shotgun blast inflicts on flesh, when fired from a distance of less than ten feet. Buckshot tears away chunks of flesh and bone.

Very messy and devastating indeed. This guy would have been stone dead, before his body hit the ground.

Somebody hated him in a very personal way, and wanted to make sure that he joined his ancestors with immediate effect.
God bless you. You spoke well. Someone hates him badly to not want to see him. Competition

PoliticsRe: Anthony Joshua's Victory Justifies Ogun Investment In Sports - Gov Dapo Abiodun by RedPanthar: 8:21am On Dec 14, 2020
Grayoso:
Lol. AJ identifies strongly as Nigerian but I agree with your overarching message which is that Dapo Abiodun should get to work to make a difference rather than associate with glory him and his predecessors have being unable to secure for Nigeria.

While AJ loves and identifies with his Nigerian roots the truth is that the UK's investment in him delivered the AJ we know and love today.

If he grew up in Nigeria the chances are very high he would be another unemployed and frustrated youth whose talent has ended up wasted by the ineptitude of the likes of Dapo Abiodun and other Nigerian leaders.
And all of this reflects Ogun Sports Ministry handling right?
