Let us begin to get ready to kick him and his greedy cohorts out of that f--kin aso rock. He should learn from what happened to Ghaddafi, it can happen in Nigeria someday, it is only a matter of time. We do not advocate for chaos and problems, but when it is inevitable, we cannot help it. if there is subsidy or not, we are not sure, if they are sure there is subsidy, why should it be, how much is the landing cost of imported fuel in the country, let them FG tell Nigerians and lets do the math and know if actually they are subsiding anything all these years. I challenge the FG to come out and give us figures and facts. Secondly, the FG has to fix our roads, provide alternative transport systems before we can even buy fuel at 66 naira per litre. You don't expect us to buy petrol at 150 naira per litre and burn the same in Lekki-Ajah 3 to 4 hours traffic for a trip that should have just taken less that 20 minutes, or the Isolo Ikotun axis that you spend almost 4 hours to get to destination. It is absolutely ridiculous that our dear president pretends not to know how things are supposed to work. A pity, |

@@plappville It doesn't always mean that the pastor prayed for you and that business worked for you. As a christian, the era of pastor pray for me has gone by, a good Christian is as good as a pastor, and when you pray by Faith and beleive in your heart that that prayer has been answered, so shall it be. What pastors do is guide through teachings that will increasing our faith and also teaching that when we put them in practice will ultimately have an impact in our lives, and also the application of these teachings and principles of the kingdom brings light to us in all spheres of life and endeavour. Prayer cannot work without faith and work. So when we apply the teaching and principles of the kingdom, things turn around for us and whet do we do, we come to church to share the testimony and do thanks giving for that which GOD has done. This is the primary appreciattion level of what GOD has done, and this is very important. The secondary part of the appreciation is by the giving of gift to the pastor, which is not also compulsory, and our level of giving all depends of our individual ways of appreciating GOD and people he has brought our way. The third level of appreciation is by giving to the poor, the homeless, the orphans etc. I followed a friend to a mothrless babies home here in Lagos, and right in my presence he gave a check of 100,000 naira, and said that he must give another 100,000 naira to another motherless babies home in the following month, because GOD did a wonderful thing in his business. So it happens everyday, such a man, he is not too rich, and yet he is an addicted giver. We have several people in the society doing wonderful things and you think they just only give to their pastors. NO. I have heard of a man who single handedly gives 1,000 cow during christian conventions here in Nigeria. It is because he is giver. Bro, lets live pastors to GOD, and just appreciate what GOD is doing in our life. I think it is as simple as that. Giving is living. |
@plappville pastors have a right to reject gifts, but if the pastor accepts it, I don't think we should nail the pastor for accepting the gift. After all, it is called a gift. Why they accumulate the gifts and not at least give some out, I cannot explain, but we must leave that to GOD. Our duty as a Christian is to give our offering and tithes as commanded by GOD, if the pastor decided to use the money on frivolous things, GOD is watching. That is all I have to say. Cheers. |
@ Frosbel please leave these pastors alone, only God knows who is doing the right thing and otherwise. Pictures of private jets and cars do not make any sense, if you have evidence (as in documents of this private jets) please post the documents here so we can see it. Even if you have it, it doesn't matter. That the pastors fly in private jets and the member use molues, it doesn't matter. The power to change their situation lies in their hands, to everyone, GOD has given talents and he has also given us power to make wealth. So the choice is ours, we either remain where we are or we move and make a change in our lives, the church can not buy cars for all members, or will the private jet carry everyone. This is not even an issue, please. These pastors have affected peoples live positively that ordinarily members of the church just bring surprise gifts to the pastors for affecting their lives positively through their teaching. I have seen instances where a member of the church pull a brand new jeep and say "pastor, this is for you" do you expect the pastor to reject the gift? Come on man, leave the pastors alone, abeg. Finally, I think you should desist from spreading such info, it is non of your business what pastors do, GOD is the beginning and the end, HE alone knows all things. Thank you. |
why are you selling it? is it fast or slow? |
QPR Vs Chelsea was a stupid robbery by the ref. That Ref need to be given a red card from the professional league of refs, where did he come from ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ?? he robbed Chelsea of the game. Good luck Chelsea in your future encounters in the game. |

What if the company has not operated functionally and profitably since inception due to poor economical infrastructure, difficult business environment, financial issue and inability to raise needed funds to operate at least minimally, how does one pay fees from losses, or for a dormant company still trying to become operational. There should be certain issues that must be addressed before asking companies to fill returns with CAC, the government should be concerned about how the companies are able to survive, stabilize and make profit in this difficult terrain before asking for returns to be filed with CAC. I am not against that, it is the statutory obligation of every company to do so, but a lot of companies are not even operational, some barely manage to survive, for some, their directors are not even able to raise money to support the company. Please post here and lets have more light regarding this point, I am sure CAC is aware that a lot of companies are not operational. Please if I am wrong, I stand to be corrected. Thank you. |
send pictures to atlanticredstone@gmail.com If it is still ok, we deal. |

If the bank refuse to help you, get a lawyer and sue the bank for aiding and abetting fraud. I think that might make the bank invite the account owner or block the account until the issue is resolved. |
Fellow Nigerians, we must join hands together and resist the plans of the FG to increase pump price. Fuel subsidy is a slang, that is not our business, we don't know the figures they quote and how they arrived at the subsidy thing, for me, i see subsidy as a conduit pipe used in siphoning our resources. Whether is is there or not, or it is removed, it has nothing to do with the current pump price which is even still high for Nigeria as an oil producing country. FG should publish on national dailies, how much it cost our private petroleum companies to land PMS, AGO and DPK at Apapa port before customs clearing. They should publish a verifiable figure and source and allow our paparazzi journalists to investigate. If they have any sincerity of purpose, they should be able to tell Nigerians how much it cost to land products in Apapa port, we take the calculations from there to actually see if we are being short changed or there is actually a subsidy, very simple. |

75% of intercontinental for just 53.47 billion? This is ridiculus guys, a whole intercontinental bank. Well, it gioes a long way to show how well our dear Erastus Akinbgola managed the bank so much so that the bank is worth nothing now, it is a pity. In my opinion, it is not a wise buy by Access, but I believe they know what they are doing, I can't imagine the liabilities, that is why 75% of the bank is going for that less. |
Why do we concentrate on crumbs instead of the cake? The man is obviously qualified to chair the bank, but why Islamic bank at this time and season when the country is trying to diffuse tensions along religious borderlines?, why is it that a bank must be called Islamic bank,? Why not just call XYZ bank; a non interest bank for all, is it that Islam is trying to establish stronghold in Nigerian economy or that Sanusi feels Islam has no place in Nigerian economy yet and now wants it to paly a role? A non interest bank must not necessarily be an islamic bank, it could just be a conventional bank that operates without interest if they feel they can survive that way. Come to think of it, how does this bank make profit, who is funding or who is the father christmas?, what are the conditions of getting an interest free loan from the bank? We should be careful along religious lines, Nigerians are too diverse to be carjoled into religious servitude. There is freedom of religion, association and what have you. Boko haram must stop the bombing. I rest my case. |

Morning brothers, bro Jonah is not trying at all. Monopoly is the reason why people are suffering in this country. What does it take to even import cement? we have lime stone in abundance, yet we cannot manufacture cement. People should be allowed to import, pay the import duties and taxes and sell and the price will certainly fall. In petroleum products, the same happens, it is a fact that the landing cost of PMS is less than 40 Naira per litre (ex wharf) storage in tank farm is about 2 naira (still negotiable as per quantity) per litre for 21 days rental. Why is our govt telling us lies about subsidy, what is the maths behind subsidy, where and who is receiving the subsidy money. I don't know if anyone in the house has more ideas about this, please throw more light. The govt/our leaders are killing us. The big ??. How much is the landing cost of cement in Nigeria? |
Lagos should get ready to lose revenue via licence plate registration as far people can get it through othe states. Wrong policy. |
pastor bakare has lost focus in the things of God and I think he has to retrace his steps and identify where he actually missed it. |
Bro, if you know what is good for you, better take that job, you can then move on from there. I know someone who started on a salary of 15K ten years ago in one of the leading bank, and today her total annual package is around 12 million, so think, take the job, be prudent in your spendings, forget luxury for now, just get the basic things you need to live a happy life, and just soon, you will earn enough to enjoy yourself. Take care. |
I think you already have plans to buy a BB bold 7, it is out now, just 180K, you can pay with your 90k salary twice. cut your coat, finish the rest. |
