Remember, Bayern mostly always wins their league and so they really needed Pep to help them win UCL. Bayern has won UCL without Pep and so in my opinion, Pep failed at Bayern despite having 3 opportunities to go to UCL final.
At city same thing. Though winning the EPL is a bigger challenge than many other leagues, he has done well by winning two (soon). However, he has failed to even make it to UCL finals with Man City. So Pep still has more to do to cement his name among the greats.

The EPL teams are so good yet they fall like pack of cards in the UCL year in year out while two Spanish teams rule over them. I'm sure you know where the UCL is going to this season. Now I'm hoping that Tottenham can scale through Ajax tomorrow so I can beat a team from the overhyped EPL in the finals.

Of recent. In fact EPL teams never really took Europa seriously in the past because there no real financial incentive for them. In the 2014/2015 season, with the rule change to give a UCL slot to the Europa winner, EPL teams now have something worthwhile to play for in Europa. La Liga remains a binary league ... In Nigeria, as is the case in many other countries apart from Spain, you only have La Liga fans that are either Barca or Real Madrid fans - period. Very binary.
