lindasweden: A lot of people got their visas with N2 million (self-funded) because their tuition fees and accommodation appeared to be one of the cheapest in Poland. Best to go prepared than to be caught off guard. I don't think such amount is advisable. One has to do what they can to increase their chances finance-wise. |

karferguso: How easy it is to evaluate for someone else? I went to the Federal secretariat today to do the evaluation for a friend but I was told I can't because we share different surname. Off course, you can. Don't just take a No and go back. I saw people apply on others behalf. Today. |

Gab9607: its wire transfer using Bank of America. Gab9607: i wont argue with you If you cannot comprehend, don't quote me again. My post was specifically for TransferWise (wise.com) and not any other service you are posting here. I never gave instructions for BOA. You were wrong, own it. |

Gab9607: have you made payment with wire transfer option.
I am not here to argue with anyone. please point of correction am not sharing false information. This is not TransferWise (wise.com). Your screenshot says Bank of America. Apparently, you didn't follow my instructions. |

Schon007: Been trying to put money in the account but they don't accept naira cards As I advised earlier, you should use a domiciliary card. USD/GBP/EUR. The naira card issue was likely due to CBN's circular on services such as transferwise. |

Gab9607: please can you add to your statement that you will be charge 50 USD, no matter the amount you are transferring using Transfer wire. That is a bold claim which is false. Please don't spread wrong info. Especially without proof. Transaction fee for transfer of 85 PLN was 2 PLN. Even for adding money to balance (90 PLN ~ $25) , the transaction fee was less than $2 and even shown on the page before you proceed. Btw you can calculate fees here: https://wise.com/send-money/#countriescc: iamadonis2 Screenshots below for proof.

Schon007: Please how does it work? I really don't understand the app Register and verify your TransferWise account. Open a Polish Zloty balance on the app. Add funds to it. Insert the amount to deposit plus a little extra to cover transaction fee. E.g if you intend to send 85 PLZ to the school, deposit 90 PLZ to your balance. 2 PLZ can go for fees. Use your USD/EUR/GBP Dom card to make the deposit. (I observed Naira Cards no longer work) If your deposit is successful, you'll see the amount reflect on the Polish Zloty balance. Then send the funds to the schools account. Insert the amount and description as the school instructs and send. TransferWise will inform you when the transaction completes. It shouldn't take long. Send the school the PDF proof of the transfer and that should be all. |
