Silva19: Since getting a date for legalization is really hard, can one authenticate here in nigeria and then when one gets to poland, travel by train to polish embassy in Germany and legalize. Is it possible this way? Some people are sending their documents back to Nigeria for legalization. E get why. |

melach: I'm waiting for 20th as well. If you had taken time to go through this thread, you won't say you are waiting until the 20th of August to book the legalization date. Legalization booking opens every Friday at any moment between 8 am to 12 pm. The next window is this coming Friday, the 6th of August. cc: Mark222 |

manneger2: Pls bro I want to find out something, I put Germany as member state now that visa is out, I can just fly any airline without stopping first at Germany, or I must fly exactly the way I put it during visa application Thanks First of all, congrats on your visa approval. Yes, you can go through any other member state even if Germany was stated earlier on. |

Shugarlipz: Hi guys, For the legalization of documents at the polish embassy, I just heard that its 30 euros. Do we go with the cash? Also, is it 30 euros per document? Thank you. 30 euros per document. Go with cash. PS: Please do well to search through the thread as these questions have been answered and discussed several times. |

PrinzC: In this thread someone said the format for the legalisation authorisation letter can be gotten from a cyber cafe beside the embassy. Please does anyone have this format to share? Its not difficult to craft out. Address the letter to the embassy. State the purpose of the letter on the subject. E.g "Letter of Authorisation". On the body of the letter, introduce yourself. State that you have authorised Mr/Ms. XYZ to act on your behalf to legalise your XYZ documents at the Polish embassy. Write your name and sign. Nothing fancy or technical. |

seyman247: But hold on! Why cant the Embassy make this booking visa appointment easy if truly they are fighting against racketeering, which was the order of the day during the online booking system era. [.....] The truth is, they can not attend to everybody and they cannot issue visas to everybody. They do what is more convenient for them. |

sKeetz: Please can the legalization of my document at the polish embassy be done by proxy? Also the letter of eligibility. Yes, they can all be done via proxy. For legalization, you must issue a letter of authorization; Authorizing the person to act on your behalf. |

adedejis2: how long did it take to get a response from wsb. It's over two weeks I applied. No response yet. Tried to call, they were not picking. Not replying mail either It took me 15 days to complete the application and get admission. I emailed them several times. It slowed me down because it took a few days to get a response. They were helpful. |

Chibabe4eva: (2) If I fund my cc to cover my study stay in Poland for at least 1 year +, and perhaps get someone to stand as my sponsor but the person doesn't bear same surname with me nor from same tribe (i.e Delta vs Yoruba). i. You don't have to share surnames with sponsors. ii. Embassy has no concern over tribe or ethnicity. |

scifi: Just imagine. This is so poor. How can the line be available for that really short time. They're just making things difficult unnecessarily. They are not working at full capacity until the 2nd of August. Appointments for this week has been rescheduled. It is apparently understandable why they would open the line for just a short period today, so they can meet up with existing schedules. Soraco57: Bro if you got any please kindly recommend, I am searching but still coming across expensive ones and besides the admission deadline for sch is drawing nearer , thanks fir the response, thanjs You have been asking this question repeatedly since April and nobody is answering you. If you had used the time to take the leap you would have gotten admission a long time ago. October is fast approaching and you really have to be decisive. At this time, you will most likely get an offer easily in a private school as compared to a public school. Use Google to your advantage. Search "universities in poznan", "Universities in Wrocław", "Universities in Warsaw", "Universities in Opole", "Universties in Szczecin", "Universities in Bydgoszcz", "Universities in Lublin", "Universities in Rzeszów", "Universities in Gdańsk". Go through the results. Visit each school's website and go through their offered courses and tuition. Make research about the city [Google]. Weigh your options and make your decision. That is how most of us do it. Lots of people have been posting where they got admission offers from. You should check that out too. Personally, I got admission offers from Uni Opole, WSB Poznań and School of Business in Wrocław. I went with WSB. I posted my progress on this thread. I read every single post on this thread so as to learn from others. You should too. I hope this will be of help to others in the future. I wish you all the best. |

gwallt: Please guys I need your advice! I couldn’t get a sponsor and I’m trying to use a credit card of 2.5M. I’m going to Warsaw university of technology tho. I haven’t pay for my school fees but I guess I could get the credit card certificate with the amount in the account and pay for my school fees once I have the certificate. Now the question is! 1.Will that amount work for me? 1.Can l use self-sponsor since I’m going for a master program?? 2.What other documents do I need to add if at all I could use that amount?? Thanks If I understood you clearly; You want to open a credit card account with 2.5M. Then get a credit card certificate with the 2.5M stated. Part of the money (2.5M) in the credit card will now be used to pay for the tuition after the certificate must have been issued. My take is; The lowest tuition in WUT is €1650. With the need to pay tuition before visa application, that must have taken a huge chunk of the money in the supposed credit card. The embassy will call your bank to confirm your credit card. Warsaw is an expensive city. Flight ticket is expensive. Make of that what you will. |

Xtraprecious: Will I need to show the embassy my statement of account even though I'm using a sponsor?
Secondly, what amount should I budget for notarization? I would advise you atleast try to go through the thread or even use the search. These questions have been answered several times. It is exhausting to keep repeating. Polish embassy does not accept statement of account. The requirements are on the consulate's website. Legalization is 30 euros per document, done at the embassy. You must first authenticate the docs at Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. |
