It is a real private school in Opole, albeit not popular.
If you do your research, you'll find more info.

Quick admission signifies they are looking for students.

However, someone here advised to go with more notable schools.

The choice is yours for the making.

Make sure to confirm with them that your tuition will be refunded if you fail to get a visa and no sketchy refund policy.

The date has changed, I was on the site from 8am till now and I still missed it yet again.

The date changed between 10:10am and 10:15am

Window was open for less than 5mins, because I kept refershing basically every 5mins

It opened 10:13am. Was gone before I could "Make reservation".

I successfully paid my tuition fee of €2200 with TransferWise and the school has confirmed it.

There are other options like Form A, Euro Domiciliary account, Proxy payment etc

Use what works for you at your own risk.

If you go without appointment, they'll refer you to the cyber cafe outside. It's a must.
And be ready for the high cafe charge.

1. Where's document legalized? Polish Embassy?

2. What do they mean by number 3? Can we do this in any ministry of education in her State of residence?

3. According to number 4, does she need to sit for IELTS or TOEFL exam?

4. Her passport is expired. She went few months ago to renew it, but there was no booklet. I think they have started issuing passport. How long does it take? Can she get the passport that day or following day?

5. She has D7 in Physics in WAEC, but C5 in NECO. Can the two certificates be combined?

THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR 2021/2022 is 15th July 2021.

1. Authenticate at Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the lagalize at the Polish embassy. All done in Abuja.

2. It's called "Eligibility Letter". You can get it at the Ministry of Education, Abuja, only.
However, you must have authenticated your documents first. WAEC and high school Testimonial.

3. Just get a signed/stamped letter from your high school stating the medium of instruction was in English language.
No need to sit for TOEFL if you do this.

4. Try again. How fast you get it usually depends on how much you pay or who you know.

5. Not sure about that. The school might give admission without Physics thou. Just try.

No. I'm yet to legalize my docs.

If you can open a USD Domiciliary account, please do. It'll help you a lot in the long run.

I'll be proceeding with WSB Poznań hence it was my first choice and I prefer Poznan city.

Oh wow. I just checked Senagalese version of E-konsulat and Visa appointment process is so simple.
There are even available dates for legalization.

Nigerian things can be frustrating.

Can you back your statement with some proof to make it valid? Proof me wrong with evidence, please. Was it written in the Polish embassy website or any Polish University website that one can only get his/her eligibility documents from Abuja only and not other states within Nigeria? Is the ministry of education in Lagos and/or other states in Nigeria fake? Statements without proof cannot be regarded as valid. The fact that everyone is doing it in Abuja doesn't mean that the ministry of education and ministry of foreign affairs in every other state in Nigeria are all fake. if they were all fake they wouldn't exist at the first place. In as much there are state offices of MOE, the power of authentication is vested on the Federal level which is at Abuja.

When you go to the website of MOE, you can find instructions (https://education.gov.ng/attestation-of-academic-documents)

There is no mention of such on the Lagos state equivalent (https://education.lagosstate.gov.ng/)

Before you authenticate, you have to book an appointment and also upload your documents online via ess.education.gov.ng.

You print your appointment letter and take it to the Federal Ministry of Education Abuja.

This cannot be done elsewhere.
Without appointment, you won't be attended to.

You can go to Lagos MOE. The best they can do will be do redirect you to Abuja or maybe link you to an agent who will do it for you via Proxy.


I get your point logically.
Each state MOE should have the power as this will make things easier.
However, reverse is the case.

From what I understood;
He has a naira account which is limited to $100 for debit card transactions.

He's skeptical of opening a Dom account due to uncertainty of CBN policies.

I wanted to use transfers to fund the account and make payment but it keeps getting blocked by the bank. They said I have $100 monthly limit on my card.

Maybe you should open a Domiciliary account.

Then you can ask the school to help you by giving you some better websites to search for accommodation. So that you won't make mistake by paying for an apartment that is too far away from the school.
