ZBN stole 30,311.25 from my account since 22nd April, 2021.

I wish them (ZBN) and all their workers that has aided ZBN TO STEAL MY HARD EARNED MONEY fire!!!

The story that will interest me the most this week will be stories like: Zenith Bank PLC branches (at least 7) and their evil workers has just burnt to ashes...

#55,811.25 was debited TWICE from my account 2266512121 (TUESDAY 6TH & TUESDAY 13TH APRIL, 2021) by ZENITH BANK PLC on a payment completed via REMITA.NET platform with RRR: 1204-7604-6058.
similarly the sum of #30,311.25 was also debited TWICE from my account 2266512121 by ZENITH BANK PLC on a single payment of 30,311.25 (22ND APRIL, 2021) on a payment completed on the REMITA.NET PLATFORM with RRR: 1804-8257-3961.

I already reported this to CBN and they would not do a thing about it....
SHAME!!!

The sum of #30,311.25 was also debited TWICE from my account 2266512121 by ZENITH BANK PLC on a single payment of 30,311.25 (22ND APRIL, 2021) on a payment completed on the REMITA.NET PLATFORM with RRR: 1804-8257-3961.
I have contacted REMITA.NET on these occurrences and the responses they sent revealed that each of the payments were only processed once and that no RRR reference can be processed TWICE. as a result REMITA.NET insisted that I contact ZENITH BANK PLC for reconciliation and necessary charge back and/or refund.
I have reached out to ZENITH BANK PLC severally via twitter, Facebook WhatsApp chats, dialling help lines and series of visits to different branches from APRIL, 2021 till date but nothing has been done to resolve this issue.
In fact, during a session on the Facebook chats, the Agent requested for evidences which I provided and nothing positive came afterwards.
Kindly come to my rescue as soon as possible as this situation is causing me to waste my time, money, patience and tempting towards evil against myself and Zenith Bank PLC. In one of those branches I visited for complaints, it was confirmed that ZENITH BANK PLC does not refund double debit, but I will never allow such a big organisation to STEAL from me... NEVER!!!
