Shhhhiiiiit!!!

I didn't see that coming from a thousand miles... and so soon too!

The northerners aren't even waiting for them to finish pooping and putting it in their polythene bags before they are now taking it to rub it in their faces!!!

Yoruba, you likey? Smells good? Chai! Enjoy the smell of that!

When people were saying the north had an agenda, they said it was PDP propaganda... I haven't read the thread yet, but me guessing some of them will still be in denial!

You are still a novice in politics.

Using your analogy of IBB being a presidential candidate along side whoever.

Have you forgotten he is from NC and GMB is from NW. IBB will be over -demonised in SW over his role in June 12. It will be a nice slogan of "pay back time" for him.

SW votes will neutralise the combination of your unholy alliance, if there is any at all except in the minds of South Haterners.

NC vote will be neutralise by NE votes and NW will deliver GMB again.

IBB aka MR. Maradona is no match for Baba.

Simple as ABC.
Okay. Guess we will have to wait and see (how these first 4 years will go for Baba how many chance(s)?!)

Yimu. Hot air as usual. Heaven will not fall if Tinubu gets an oil block. Danjuma has one and even after his many insults against the SE nothing happened except the usual empty threats.

It is obvious igbos are trying to instigate the SS against the rest of Nigeria as they are afraid to go it alone in their agitation for Biafra. The SS can be negotiated with for a logical solution to their grievances, but the treacherous igbos can't be trusted from here to there. Like Ironsi, they lack the tact and capacity to lead Nigeria. They will set the country on fire with their caustic and in-bred hatred for the Northerners and the rest of us in the South.
...wish there was golden font-face; the bolded is classic!

and it seems you don't even know what the word "treacherous" means, you've just seen it as a regular word used to describe the regular traitors in Nigeria and thought you'd just throw it in there with the rest of your classic analysis of negotiation for logical grievances lol

Name one ethnic group in Nigeria that has "gone it alone" and been successful? whether it be in national politics or law enactments etc.

and as for the the SS... listen to yourself again, the SW did not support GEJ's re-election, and its the Igbos who are angry and want to pitt the SS against the SW? its obvious you take others for f00ls. Don't worry, GEJ and his SS people will fall in line behind the Yorubas when/if they run for president.

The last time oil wells were shared what did the SS And SE Do about the sharing formula.

I keep telling you guys to use your brains instead of emotions
When were the current owners of the oil wells in the SS & SE given ownership of those wells? If you can answer, then I might be able to tell you what the SS & SE were doing at that time about it. (and pray tell, what's emotions got to do with it? you think I personally have an emotional attachment to oil wells, or what? guy, I be omo ibo o! *wink*

Demi-god ko, hemi-demi-femi-semi, yemi-quaver-god ni!

But wait... you mean to tell me you believe that if IBB picks the ticket for the PDP and a deputy from the SS/SE... that the APC will still stand a chance? against the gap-toothed general Ibrahim Badamosi?

By the way, I guess the first quention to ask is whether Buhari will be running again for office in 2019? Not that it makes much difference, probably much, more easier if its his current VP-elect that is put up... heheh!

The funny thing is that the SS/SE leaders in PDP are already talking about a strong northern candidate for 2019. They didn't even consider any of themselves.
The same way the SW considered themselves first by backing Fashola or a younger and vibrant politician as the front-man/flagbearer of the APC, bah??

The joke is on you guys, but it seems you haven't realized it, or you're just playing dumb and hoping , somehow, the North will collapse and leave a booty for the SW to bask in the largess of Nigerian politics.

No, Yorubas had made a perfect choice by forming that alliance with the North.

Let SE goes ahead with their plan, Yorubas can't be bothered. Na today!!!!! It's not new to us as people that know the history of Nigeria.

How did Akande lose the speakership of 7th Assembly to Tanbuwal should be a right question to ask Ihedioha from Imo state? Is he not an Igbo man?

Yorubas have always been an opposition party and for that reason alone, Yorubas have got nothing to fear.

Please, leave SS people out of this hatred equation and leave Ijaw people in that space. Like I have said on several occasions that there is nothing like SS when it's comes to SW or North cos each Nations within SS region has got well rooted ties with either SW or North region. Typical example of this is Edo state, Southern part of Delta state and SW.

It now comes down to SE and it's only SE that is coming up with all this SE/SS.

Why is SE so pained about alliance btw the North and West is the question that is begging for answers from reasonable ones among them?

It's a known fact that Igbo formed this same alliance with the same North twice, not once for God sake and nobody scream blue murder. Igbo did it in 60s and 70s without this victims and betrayal rhetorics coming from the rest of us in the South.

Why Nigeria state should be all about what Igbos could get of it without consideration of others; selfishness @ its peak. The same selfishness that led us to where we are today as a Nation. Is it the first coup? Brutal killing of leaders from other regions with total impunity? introduction of unitary system of govt which eventually destroyed our flourishing regional system of govt? or unprecedented nepotism and refusal to send the coupists on trial?
You think you are smart and talking to kids? why not begin telling the story from the beginning to find the real, root cause why a coup was planned and the reason the populous rejoiced upon hearing the news initially.... and I am sure your propagandalistic media from time in memory has een leaving out vital and relevant reasons on what stalled the punishment of the coupists.... they'd rather focus on the Igbos for sensationalism that sticks only when repeated over and over again... so before I derail this beautiful thread, don't you repeat your half-baked "truths" about Nigerias problems vis-a-viz coups and counter-coups.... after all, we all know what the honest Sanusi said about who the problem of Nigeria is.

I can't remember which poster that was, perhaps Black technology, laid it out perfectly well a while back, how their masters will pounce to take a grip on Lagos, the moment they have no more access to oil.

Didnt they even come out in the open saying how the SW will have to (no negotiations) give them an access to the ocean (atlantic) should Nigeria break?

If a Yoruba tells you he or she is not afraid of Nigeria breaking... look outside, money is growing on trees or something really weird is going on...

I am sure the (fake?) pastor did not know that (if it is true)... he probably thought the opposite because a lot of people had been busted in the past in Lagos; so he thought this new air port would have lax security and thus passable... too bad for him and too good for the NDLEA!

Well, I guess somehow we have to....(join hands together to make things work); my POV aligns with what was said earlier by the Anambra chapter - as a federation, Igbos will end up being appointed anyways; going to visit Buhari and "begging" him not to marginalize the SE just seems disgraceful because these are people that should know better.

But again, I agree that we have to join hands and that should be what our so called Igbo leaders should remind Buhari,

i quiet agree with this opinion, igbo deserves slots in federal appointments. But where Ohaneze seems to be missing it is that the slots do not carry the same degree of dignity. Buhari can as well give the Igbos the slot of minister of serving table or minister packing plates or minister of carrying wash hand water.

Even God despise the proud, the problem with the Igbos is that they overestimate themselves, they act as though Niegeria is all about Igbos, is everyday Igbos this or Igbos that, you dont have other tribes in Nigeria that seek so much attention as them.
If you ignore them, then they wouldn't be getting the attention they crave and they thus remain insignificant... but as long as you keep on talking about them, whether truths or lies... then the Igbos will continue to be at the forefront of national conscienciousness.

I would also use the word "embarrassment" when describing such people; their interests, if they'd be honest, were their own pockets.

When I said Buhari needs the Igbos more than the Igbos needed Buhari (as they showed and expressed through their votes); some people were unable to understand.
