The boss said i should go and see his junior, that he has nothing against me, so the other boss went home this morning, i called and he says he would call me back.

@remi4ever
What kind of organization is that if I may ask? And what's your job role?

You know how the economy is, a lot of companies are downsizing enormously.
My guess is that's what your Boss is doing.

I just need an inspirational talk, my job is in jeopardy, the decision is this morning, so i want a positive reply, don't want to search no more.

@remi4ever
Sorry about that brother, I'm sorry to hear you're facing this situation. It's perfectly natural to feel anxious when your job is on the line. Remember that your worth and capabilities aren't defined by a single decision. No matter what happens, this is just one moment in your journey, not the end of it.

If things don't go as hoped, it opens up new opportunities you might not have considered. Every challenge you face builds resilience and character, making you stronger and more adaptable. Believe in your skills, and know that your experience and talent will guide you to where you need to be.

Keep your head up, stay positive, and trust in your ability to navigate through this. You’ve got this Bro. I wish you all the best, and do keep me posted.

Try this technique

1. Try and write some articles on Moodle on LinkedIn
2. Record a video explaining how to set it up and modify some code
3. Explain the development and make it a series on Youtube and most preferably LinkedIn
4. Add some Moodle title to your LinkedIn profile

and you will get some Recruiters hitting you up, the LinkedIn algorithm favours those who create contents.

All the best you could also try joining Moodle job boards too
Thank you so much. You've been very helpful.

I like your PHP code, did you watch my video, I would advise joining some communities, there are some gigs on Laravel but if you can learn Moodle, you will find yourself with gigs. PHP is still in demand thanks to WordPress and Laravel.

Regards.
Thanks. I know moodle. I'm pretty sure I can install and make modifications if need be.

Alright. I'll like to go see the place. Will you be available next week? Maybe I can come to Zuba( if that'll be preferable), and then proceed to the site from there, or what do you think?
We can meet at Sauka, opposite the immigration HQ, I can and pick you up there. The site is not far from that area.

Oh! You mean airport road is very far from Dei-dei? Please, is the journey more than an hour's journey?

But when will you be visiting the site again?
Been a while since I last checked there. Dei-dei is around Zuba I presume. Shouldn't be up to an hour from Dei-dei, since you will be coming from the back.. It would take me max 35 mins to drive from my house to Zuba and the site is even further your direction than mine.

emy77:
Bro I always knew there was an error in this your fuel economy story on your new accord. By the way, I use an accord too, 07 v6, and I know even though the accord is a very fuel efficient car, but not at 29mpg city driving level, as you claimed in your earlier posts.

So look at your odometer, your car is in km/hr, not miles. What you have covered at half tank is 332km (or 207miles), not 534km.
I e

What you have achieved on this car is truly remarkable, but you wrong in your calculations. If your odometer is in miles, then you multiply by 1.6 to get km. However yours is in kilometers already
Thank you so much. I didn't even notice it.. 😂 My previous accord was in miles, so I just assumed it was the same. I'll calculate my mpg again and update previous posts.

I was always posting the dash, wonder why anyone hasn't corrected it yet.

I didn't fill the tank to brim technically, the tank is about 70 litres, and i bought 62.

Good news is from this new calculation, I still will not have to buy more than a full tank to work every moment. I'm good either ways.

Thanks once again.

Please share your experiences.

I stopped buying from NNPC last year and stuck with shaffa because of NNPC's low quality fuel. Due to the fuel scarcity last week, I had to buy from one major NNPC station close to my house. I bought N40K on separate days, about 62Litres in total.

I have driven about 534kms combined traffic, and i am just below the half tank mark.

Car TalkRe: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by remi4ever(m): 5:07am On May 08, 2024
Hello guys. There's this annoying little thump I hear around my transmission when I brake fully to the first gear. All my engine mounts are intact.

When I first got this car, I topped up the gear fluid with total mlvl. Gear selects fine, no erratic shifting, but this thump is very annoying. some people might overlook it, but I just cannot.

if I brake slowly, or let the car coast before braking, it is non existent. What is the cause and solution?

Car is an honda accord 2009, European Spec. 2.0L

No be me o. We met on the Honda maintance thread.
Besides 55 litres of fuel for 390kms which I belive is mostly highway is outrageous..

I got 320kms with 22 litres on my own car.

Haha.. 😂 Found you here again.

Last week I did 321kms with 22 litres. Combined traffic, with AC sometimes, Shafa filling station. I don't remember the exact kms but my car did 31MPG.

I bought 30 litres on Monday at NNPC, I don't like buying at NNPC though. I am at 355kms now (221) miles approx 27.8MPG and I'm at quarter tank...

All fuel was gotten when reserve light came on.

This is good news! Weldone!
For the vibration when reversing, check the engine mount and the lower mounts beneath the transmission....you never can tell.
So u can let someone engage the gears when the car is idling while you watch the engine as it moves front and back. This will enable you quickly identify the faulty mount.

Regards the rpm, levlave it for now and monitor for a while after u have fixed the mount issue.

The vibration may further reduce once u fix the faulty mount.
Thanks Broski. I just cannot overlook. Some people might be comfortable but my OCD will not let me.

I'm at the mech close to my house
We want to reinspect the trans mount. The AC is even cooler now with the serpentine belt adjuster properly.

Modified...

I had to clean the oil sludge from the bottom trans mount myself and I found out that the bottom mount has cut.. 😂 😂 😂 I guess my problems are gradually coming to an end.

I think this can be adjusted using an OBD scanner.
Try this and let's know.

I will check mine and share the pix. I think its same thing with yours.
Update

After my stripped tensioner has been fixed. The vibration has reduced greatly. The issue I have now is vibration when reversing and the low rpm when the AC is on.
