Congratulations for those who have received there visas, those who are presently current and those who are expecting there day of favour to come including our friend in the embassy for his/her visa. I pray for God almighty will favour us in this forum and we shall come out with joy and happiness.

Please, I would like house to englithing us on this issue:
1. If somebdy's visa is approved or collected after successful interview and the applicant is a female (i.e couple) and after the following day before travel the U.S and delivered a baby, how possible that the new born baby will be travelling with the family? or are they going to wait to process the baby visa or they will leave the baby for next 5year before filing for the baby. Please let talk on this

Idi Amin: I had a successful interview yesterday. After the security checks, i paid my visa fees inside after which a black lady collected my documents.

I was later called at window 14 4 an interview by a white lady and guess what, she was so nice to me.

She took my finger prints and made me took an oath to say the truth and i signed my DS form.

malcon: God is great. I had a successful interview today.
i arrived lagos u.s. embassy at exactly 10mins to 6am. when it was 6:30am,a guy came to announce that all non-immigrant for 6:30am interview should queue up. shortly,the guy then came to announce for 7:00am interview for immigrant category in which i belong. lucky enough, i was the first person in the immigrant queue category. after all thier series of announcement ranging from opening the medical envelope,what not to enter in with and series of security checks,i was finally ushered in. note, while you move from one point to another, make sure you secure all tally number given to you. after paying the 330dollar which was 54500naira,i was called to submit all my credentials. i submitted all i came with and the lady took just the needed ones e.g nysc cert, degree cert, neco cert, npc birth cert,epassport,three passport photo,one photocopy for each credentials and also the police and medical report. in summary, interview started after waiting for like 1hr 50mins. i was the first to be interview today in the immigrant category.

Please, for those who has used NPC attetation for their interview,expecially for married woman. Is NPC uses her Maiden name for the attestation or her Husband first name? Please, kindly clearify this.

brightmon: hmm, my brother i understand temmytanny and i still understand your concern BUT i want to state it very CLEAR that all member of this forum no get problem, i can bet you that. No go put your wife under pressure but make her understand say she need to know MOST of her Olevel subjust VERY WELL. Make she read like say na shell Interview she wa go.
I honestly dont see any problem for as long as all ur Doc are correct and pls Never fear, thats the No one thing everybody wating to be interviewed shuld not give room too, never fear. You can only fear IF you are a lie.
Go and get your DV Approved.

temmytanny: I sensed a little fear in you cos of my statement,pls dont ooooo moreover your wife has a good result.Tell her to study her best subjects and the ones with good grades.
I just belived those with higher education(and correct document) are more respected than those with SSCE. I noticed those with higher education are less scrutinized than those with SSCE(as their highest level of education).I want the house to correct me if am wrong.

@Temmytanny, you said to the extent. Please explain to me better what extent is it. Because my wife is the principal applicant and her highest education is School cert with more than six credit including english and mathematics.

My wife is a trader selling children stuff, but her highest qualification is S.S.C.E with more than 5 credit, is she good to go? and what are the likely question to be ask on issue of trading? She is the principal applicant. Please, advice and if they ask her about what she is doing for a living what is going to be reply? PLEASE NEED YOUR REPLY

Please, is it compulsory I should write the KCC to change the Petitioner. Though, I have seeen some people that filled it like that and they are in U.S now. I just want everything to go-on smootly that is while I am asking this question. I have sent my forms before I discovered this forum. Please, what else?

Please I have a similar case like that of our friend. I used my uncle's name in USA as our petitioner. Do you think that might cause any delay or problem? Plase, I need you urgent reply. I have contacted KCC earlier for about two times now, I hope it will not affect us by contacting them often for one another corrections. Please, what can I do now?

e have her SSCE and Testimonia. Though she did not make all her papers then, but she had all her papers in GCE. But in her ssce instead of her name to be written as Remilekun they write Remi. Hope this will not affect our application? But for other we have every document. PLEASE READ AND REPLY.

Pls. still about the birthday certificate, for those of us born in early 1970s and early 80s do we still need it to present at embassy?

Tiwanna: yes you can attach it to the mail to clarify your statement. it will be like an evidence to prove your plea to them concerning the change of her DOB.

0 Thanks Tiwanna, I can remember that I filled our forms ds?!20 that very date i.e 05-08-2012. May that is while such mistake occured. What is the next step now? Are they going to help me correct it over there? Or I will send another DS-120 to them?

Dear Forumite. Thanks so much for all your support and assistance on me. *** I have an issue about my daughter's form on date of birth. Her birthday is 05/28/.,.. But in the form I mistakenly write 05/08/.... Meanwhile in other forms i.e for parent the date was correctly stated. Please, what can I do now? I hope this will not affect our interview. The form has been sent to KCC. I need your urgent reply!

They will surely ask about all your educational qualifications(OND,HND,Bsc etc), and also about your marriage.
Your courtship period, engagemnt and wedding pixs, about your son and very intimate questions about the husband and the wife.
So be prepared!

My question is this again. **What are d likely questions and document the embassy normally ask and require from husband of the main applicants with a child? **Did they require HND degree from the beneficiary?
