Hmmm GEJ, gone are the days when you think cheap coperate apology will convince Nigerians to consider you for another term. Even if you turn Nigeria to America tomorrow I and my immediate family which I BREAD WIN will not vote u again. How come u forget so soon, with the support Nigerian gave u in the last election, you gave us fuel price increment in return knowing fully well that the money is resting in the bank account of Otedola, Tukur, Arisekola and co. I am not moved by ur cheap talk anymore and I don't belong to people who jump up in celebration at every hyped improvement in energy sector forgeting that its their birth right to have power. Na person wey shit na hin forget, person wey pack am no go forget. The memory remain fresh even beyond 2015.

Tony Scott 'dies in bridge jump'

Hollywood director Tony Scott, famous for films including Top Gun, has died after jumping from a bridge in Los Angeles, the authorities have said.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's office said Scott's death was being investigated as a suicide.

British-born Scott, brother of Alien director Ridley, shot to fame in the 1980s with a string of action films.

The 68-year-old's blockbuster hits included Crimson Tide, Days of Thunder and Beverly Hills Cop II.

The coroner said Scott jumped from the Vincent Thomas Bridge, which spans San Pedro and Terminal Island in Los Angeles.

Lt Joe Bale, from the coroner's office, said the director was seen parking his car and jumping into the water at about 12:30 (19:30 GMT) on Sunday.

His body was recovered from the harbour less than three hours later.

"We will go where the facts take us. We have no reason to believe it was not a suicide," Lt Bale told the BBC.

Scott was famous for his fast-paced blockbusters, and carved out a distinctive style to his films using fast editing and digital effects.

He made a number of films with actor Denzel Washington, including Man on Fire and most recently Unstoppable.

At the time of his death, he was rumoured to be working with Tom Cruise on a sequel to Top Gun.

Rossikk: Nigerians are not disappearing at the Olympics like Camerounians because conditions in Nigeria are not as challenging as in Cameroun. In Nigeria, there is movement forward in terms of the economy. Even power supply is improving by the day. Opportunities are opening up for people. There is a palpable sense of hope in the country. So you can't compare, really.

The Camerounian govt needs to step up. That country has been in the doldrums for too long and is being left behind by the likes of Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast,
Senegal etc.

My brother their is actually nothing wrong in Cameroon though no job but the standard of living is better than that of Nigeria judging by the basic amenities a man should enjoy, electricity 24/7, water 24/7, potholess roads, accomondation cheaper to nija and food is relatively cheap in abundance. The only thing that makes us higher is that we open eyes better than Cameroonian and democracy.

Obasanjo was right during his tenure when he refused some of the policies of Okonjo Iweala which made her left his cabinet.

GEJ is the devil to himself, in the first place, while will a president of a country like Nigeria rely solely on advise from the appointees, this shows that GEJ lack what it takes to lead a state not to talk of a country.

210km/hr between ogbomoso and ilorin, the new Jebba express way constructed by OBJ. I was driving in my 2006 Audi Quartro. That was the highest I've achieved since driving on Nigerian road.

For crying out loud. Who they fu*ck is Farouk Lawan? A common Election rigger that rigged his way into NASS and then was forming kingkong only to sneak behind like the traitor your boss (GEJ) is to go and take bribe of $600,000.

Who deserved to be thrown into life time jail if not Farouk Lawan leading the queue with Jonathan following behind?

You can't blame Farouk Lawan with the situation on ground cos GEJ wants it that way. I'm not a fan of Farouk but he did his best to expose the Cabal and that's a lot of credit. If we all remember vividly during the probe he has raised so many alarms about his life and offer for bribe as quoted bellow,

“The general public is hereby reminded that during and after the investigations, we have severally raised alarm on pressures on us from different quarters. In particular, I wish to refer to the front page publication in the Leadership Weekend newspaper of 28th, April, 2012 captioned “Marketers offered subsidy committee plane-load of dollars” where we alerted the public that a marketer promised to fly in a jet loaded with US dollars which he “intended to share to both the House leadership and members of the Adhoc Committee” to influence the outcome of the report.

“The clarification is necessary in order to clear all the insinuations being bandied about and more importantly to enable government concentrate on the implementation of the report.
“The present mudslinging is not unexpected in view of the calibre of people whose actions or inactions were found wanting in the report. I am aware that in their desperation to discredit the report and divert the attention of the public from the real issues of large scale fraud in high places established in our report, a video footage displaying a caricature of my person allegedly having a dealing with a marketer reminiscent of military era when dignitaries were invited to the Villa to watch video clip of phantom coup involving Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, is already in circulation.

“I wish to assure all Nigerians that the sanctity of our report remains unassailable and it will be in the best interest of the country if the relevant authorities faithfully and consciously implement the resolutions of the House.

My Opinion
Farouk Lawan has done the most honourable thing an average Nigerian can't do, if the GEJ Presidency has reacted promptly to the probe and all cabal indicted has bin sanction or punished Otedola will not have time to be running after Reps member with $3million. Farouk Lawan to me is still a saint even if he collected the bribe because someone else will collect it and the probe will still be swept under the carpet as it is because the Presidency wanted it swept away. The EXECUTIVE is the main problem of this nation.

The Aloko of Iloko-Ijesha in Osun State, Oba Oladele Olashore, is dead.
He died in the early hours of Saturday at the age of 77.
The late monarch was a former managing director of First Bank of Nigeria Plc.
He was also a former minister of finance.
The deceased founded the Olashore International Schools, Iloko-Ijesha, where he was the pioneer chairman.

While will someone on his or her right senses believe in the ranting of PDP against the birthday celebration of Tinubu, as much as I'm not a fan of Tinubu that's how much I hate the gut of PDP condeming an achiever like Tinubu. Tinubu worked with Mobil as an accountant, a company where a driver will leave an average good life with his salary not to talk of an accoutantant in the same company. Meanwhile OBJ was zero when he was chosen to run for the presidency while Tinubu was on leave at Mobil when he contested for senator during IBB time and have a choice of returning to Mobil before he chose to carry on with political struggles. PDP and ACN are both evil and chosing from one of them, I'll prefer ACN to tge useless PDP govt that has been dragging this country down the drain for the past 13 years. Imagine electricity generation dropping from 4200megawatts to 3100megWatts in a month with all the money that has bin invested in the power sector($15Billion OBJ alone). C'on N'lder don't just critisise out of the idiocy of the ACN that going everywhere all in the name of Birthday but critisise the bastard that has tied the glory of this country to their purse and childrens future in the name of governance.
