Ricky_Ross: 1. The Nigerian police are useless bunch of cowards, even if you give them Caterpillar they will wreck it under few months. For this I think the Nigerian police needs specially made cars/suvs like HUMMER JEEP. If they can wreck very strong vehicles like Toyota Hilux, I wonder what would become of these Kia cars within the next few months. Kia is not that strong as we all know.Innosion products are not so good and I won't blame any govt that does not patronise them. I was more than excited when I had the opportunity to take innosion bus from Nigeria to Ghana (Cross Country) sometimes back because of the noise we've made about this brand. On getting to Seme border the A/C stopped working and that was how we took it to Ghana. On my way coming it was another innosion bus and this time the A/C did not stop working but water was coming out of the vent opening to the extent that I had to use my face towel to cover my shoulder as the water was messing up my dress. The issue i had was not only with the A/C, almost all the reading light swicht control had fallen off. I ask the conductor the age of the car and he said its about 14 month old. My advice is innosion should step up their game. You can't keep producing that quality of vehicles and expect patronage. |
Larryfly: oh just shut up! nobody even the ass kissin akpabio has made such baseless and unfounded....so jus shut ur shit holeDon't know while some people think with their annus. Poo Hole indeed. |
PointB: What kind of crap is this. So the INEC should refuse to consider a party which has sent it's applications, and choose rather to wait for people who are still fighting over logos and colors? Why do some of you folks have a warped sense of justice? Why is it only right when it favours you?Guy, is this not the same INEC that deregister some political parties that does not field candidate during the last general elections? Now they want to register another party that does not have any affiliation with either the ruling or opposition party. Hmmmmm, Nigeria is only community where ANYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING is possible. I hail thee!!! |

liberty300: I got this newspaper pull-out based on the development in osun state.I was really excited and wanted to see how far the governor has gone but was really disappointed when I didn't see any pix based on the development.I just thought to myself, why waste so much money?Ogbeni Aregbesola, though started late but working real hard. He's working on project that will last the next 50 years. He's a blessing in disguise. Osun will wear a complete new look by the time he's through with his plan. Lets support him. |
Rossikk: Fantastic news. INNOSON Motors can easily meet all their vehicular demand. Great stuff.[/quote Rossikk: Fantastic news. INNOSON Motors can easily meet all their vehicular demand. Great stuff.Fantastic news indeed but can Innosion deliver? I've heard so much about Innosion and was madly eager to travel in one of their brand to see the standard. 3 weeks ago I was lucky to travel with Innosion bus by Cross Country from Accra to Lagos. The bus look good in shape but I was disappointed with the interiors as most of the accessories is either torn or wear, the A/C not working properly (water coming out from the vent) as every passenger was complaining of high temperature the conductor was complaining of the temperature outside. This was what promptly made me ask how old is the bus from the conductor and to my surprise the bus is just a year old. Innosion need to step up their effort if they have to win over the foreign Auto maker. This is the same way government ban the importation of furniture and till today the local demand/standard can not be compared to the foreign make. I feel the government should encourage the local product and give room for competition with foreign products. It should not be a complete ban. |
Good move by the president but my concern is awarding the road to two different construction company. Julius Berger, I don't have any problem but RCC? The same company that constructed Ife-Ibadan road that has taken so many lifes of people due to "MAN-HOLE". the road did not last 18 months before FERMA resumed repair works on the road. RCC remain one of the most useless construction company in nigeria, how I wish the FG can look into their past records before giving them the job. RCC is a disaster. |

I was at the same night club the day Jim Iyke was beaten up in Limbe, Cameroon and I was really ashamed the way the guy disgraced his fan. He was really loved in Cameroon and he keeps disgracing himself. I pity the guy sha cos that beaten too much that day. |
Before i start with this;I know Jim WILL GO AROUND POSTING TRASH as anonymous on where ever this memo comes up but who cares? You live on the Internet defending yourself on various blogs and posting incoherent babash, cussing out the blog owners remember?Be my guest. I start this memo by quoting the lyrics from Abolore Akandes(9ice)song where he mentioned the words "baaaaastard"in reference to his ex friend rugged man. Ikechukwu(Jim my axx) you are exactly what 9ice said,a "baaaaastard" . I did an exclusive story that your 11yr old son has surfaced, which is true, abi you wan contest am? You called me "ugly bitch" and you are so frigging correct, the thing is of all your plenty sisters,I cannot remember anyone of them winning the Most beautiful girl in Nigeria beauty pageant or even Miss world. Your anger has brought you nothing but bad luck.ask yourself why you have no true friends or why no press man will touch you with a long pole. ...go on,ask yourself! You keep threatening to beat up anyone you enter into your log of bad books and I wonder if you are Superman. Na so you go Cameron them beat you so tey your fingers broke and you cooked up the "falling on a glass table"story.tell it to the cuckoos! If you ever think of swearing to beat me up because I did an exclusive that you have an 11yr old son who is in existence,I will find you and the day you lay your epileptic hands on me will be the last day you ever try to beat up any woman again!...agbaya go and find your mate to bully! At your age(you don pass 40yrs abeg)you should be happy of such news but instead you are in Houston running from various one dollar shops to another and after you go spread pics for Internet begging for headlines like "Jim iyke spends trillions on shopping spree"..Na today? If you read this memo, you are free to leave an anonymous hater comment here or any where else but please delete my numbers from your phone and do not call. Go and see a shrink doctor and get help for anger management abeg. You seem to think everyone is envious of you, wetin you get?you freaking parade used cars in your 'rented'garage in Abuja,I roll a brand new Mercedes, tear rubber! I know you will read this,so I close with this 'stellar advice' "It is only an heediot like you that refuses to see the handwriting on the wall, even when the letters are slapping at your pomo mouth". You are a liar,a cheat and you have a wicked wicked heart. if you call me ugly because I kick ass with my stories, remember I granted you your first ever interview where you said your then ex(actress stephnora okere)used to beg to be beaten before sex?bollocks! All the 11years i have been a reporter,i have done nothing but defend your sorry ass even when i knew your hands were soiled...that's what 'freinds' are for ! This is a friendly memo,if you push me again,I will get 'high' for you and send another one copying the governor of benue state swansan!.....A word is enough for the wise....you ain't. acidosis™:The aclaimed innocent should stop harbouring Boko Haram members. When BH use their house and shops to ambush the JTF the retaliation will always get to them and will always be fatal especially when an officer is involved. I'm sure the northerners knows this BH guys very well. |

Danka7777: Give honor to whom honor is due. General Sani Abacha, a bold leader, a strong leader, a fearless leader, who fought with the international powers on the control of Nigeria economy and oil, eventually, he was defeated and murdered. We, who know you, admire your tenacity to succeed under pressure, economic shackles, sanctions, vituperation, threats, are appreciative of your 5 years in service. No matter how much good Abacha must have done this country, the way he oppressed the citizenry and the spate of assassination has overruled all his glories. I am sure you remember Adolf Hitler of Germany, he waged war against the whole world to bring the world under the control of the german empire. The name Hitler was banned, and nobody can name even a dog Hitler in Germany and most of the western world. Anything Abacha should not be honour in any part of our great nation by government agencies that's my opinion. Thanks |
Ikenna351: Can we organise this here? Feed your eyes on the links below and lets know what you think.Nice one, it will be a good avenue to make new friends and get new connection. Looking forward guys. |
karpentar: My, you're envious!!!!!Hmmmm, Envious you say! Guy, I had a PGD from NTNU Trondheim, Norway, one of the most peaceful countries in the world, later had 12 months internship with Wacfensmidth GMBH, Cologne, Germany, one of the most secured countries with best social security system in the world before returning home in 2007. I've bin to almost every length and breath of Europe, how on earth will I be ENVIOUS of your low 10th class life in UK. Pally, I know your type and it's better we keep it that way. No insult! |
Thanks Pally, I don't think he studied abroad, maybe is one of few nigerians that got hold of 6 months visiting visa and want to make a lifetime out of it. This is the same uk I've bin sending at least 2 members of my family for vacation in the past 3 years and he want to use the social media to insult people. |
paris10: what a stupid statement. So typical of gullible Nigerians like you, must you always involve God in every statement you make? Soon now Jesus will start telling his father about someone like you who calls God's name in vain.Thank God I'm a gullible 1st class citizen of Nigeria. I don't settle for a 10th class citizenship all in the name of greener pasture. I detest people like you that sees your miserable lives abroad as "Superior Humanbeing". And if I don't involve God who should I involve? The gods from your family? Like I read from ur pre marriage post last year pleading for Gods forgiveness, I touhght you don't know God at all. Like someone said in your post that you should go and get your brain checked. Anuofia! NB:- Guy, it's not every Nairalander u can brag at with ur staying abroad. |
paris10: You guys are just outsiders really. JT is one of the most obnoxious, egoistic mutherfcuuker out there. He's a Mafia and has a family full of criminals.I thought you said John Terry is a muderer, I was patiently waiting to read in your post which member of your family he killed and he got away with. This is just the Misery of HATRED. May God forgive you Bro. By the way, Are you Ferdinand? Just curious. |
We have our ways in nigeria of condemning something that is good. I've followed all bashing of iPhone in Nairaland and I'm happy I witness the launch and how it has shut up all this argument on it's comparism with SG3. At least it sold over 2 million in less than 24hrs. I agree with the fact that iPhone is too expensive but comparing with samsung, htc and co is what I will never agree. Anybody that have the opportunity to use an iPhone, not a jailbreaked iPhone, will not want to go back to any other product and if he does, he will always run back at iPhone. Even Kwon Oh-hyun knows this. Apple product has distinguished itself in innovation, quality and design. I remember an article I read when iphone 1 was about to be released, it became a laughing stock among the RIM's director that apple want to launch a keypad-less phone. Now blackberry has a touchscreen on its range not to talk of copy copy samsung. Now instead of people appreciating their work on this site people are framing all sorts of argument to condemn it. Some even says ILUMINATI at work! God have mercy. |
ifeteminikan: Remmymode, please how do you use office tools on your mac book, i downloaded a trial veersion of the iwork on mine and it has expired, dont know how to get the full version.. Kindly assist as i have virtually abandon it as a result of this.Ifeteminikan, I think the problem you are having is about the trial version. I'll suggest you run a purchased version and all you will need to do is update over the Internet. You can always purchase it online if you have an itune account. Hope this information is helpful enough. |
wandeay: dont forget all new Samsung products now comes with 2 years warranty, if its no durable, they would hav just gave 1 year(normal warranty)Guy, don't talk about warranty in Nigeria contest. I remember when I moved into the country in Dec 2010 and decided to go for LG electronics as the most friendly among other product. I bought over #800k worth and after just 6 month my fridge and vacuum cleaner parked up. When I called LG to check, they were full of excuses. The annoying part of it was that they don't attend to me anymore after first repair. I have to get a local technician to work a new condenser to a fridge that has 5years warranty with in-built condenser. Like a nokia phone I got for my mum at computer village too, it stops picking signals after like 4 months. I took it to the shop and the guy flashed it, after 3wks it's stoped working and nothing was done about the warranty. Pls don't talk about warranty in Nigeria. They only use it to attract consumers in their direction. |
Dear Nlanders, I've read so much about the bashing of an Apple product on this forum in time past and I decided to share my opinion/experience about the iGadget. I'm not an advocate for high pricing mac product but I'm someone who loves gadget to a fault. Talking about phones, as much as I dislike the high pricing of iPhone/Mac products, that's how much I appreciate the DURABILITY of iPhones/ mac product. A lifes span of an iPhone/mac product is more than 6years if used 14hrs a day the way I do which gives it value for the money. I've used all sort of gadgets ranging from mp3, laptops, phones, games, cameras but the Mac experience stand out as other gadget will wornout before an Apple product. Before I bought my MacBook pro 2years ago, I used to change laptop every year but the experience has changed with Macbook pro. The system is still as intact as ever and I'm sure is going to take me to another 3years. Now buying a laptop for #150k every year for 6years and buyin a MacBook pro for #300k-400k for 6years which one is economically sensible? The thing is apple comes with a class and quality that other gadget marker has not match in recent innovation and that's why they will remain most patronised for years to some. iLike it or iLeave it! |
