She deserves it. There are male coaches and assistants in female football so it just makes sense to finally have a female referee. Gender equality is a welcomed development, it propels humanity.

I don't get it, a woman who easily has $300k at her disposal is not poor so was it greed that led her into believing she was conversing with a rich architect? They said she spoke to the scammer on the phone, did she not know she was talking to a girl or was she interested in a lesbain relationship? I hate to admit it, but I too would like to know how this young girl pulled it off, her talents would be better suited as a Nigerian politician.

I totally dislike people who do such things, its not cute and we should not encourage it. I was lucky to travel to America to visit a friend and he took me and his Nigerian friends to an All You Can Eat Chinese buffet. His stupid friends kept calling the Chinese waitress "enwe" which means "monkey" in Igbo just to get her attention. The Chinese lady would come to our table all smiles not knowing she was being mocked. When I realized they were insulting the young waitress working her ass off to make sure we were happy, i got really angry and asked them to stop. I will never partake in such idiocy, its demeaning and distasteful.

I was told Northeners are comfortable making less than N5,000 a month and they have no atom of greed in their bones. They said just give them enough money for tea, they don't eat much and live very frugally. I guess they were wrong after all.

It serves him right to get embarrassed like that. Not every lady likes the attention that comes with a public proposal.
