I don't think it's possible anymore cos now the person's page must carry he/her picture.

Folarge06: Hello House pls can one go to the embassy with a 3yr old TOEFL result, though english requirement was waived during the admission application process and I-20 has been received already.
Don't go to the embassy with an expired test score. Simply tell the VO it was waived for u and to be in a safer side get them to send u an email to that effect.

You cannot send your transcript directly to wes because they want it sealed from the issuing institution and they will need to verify.

siegfried99: Greetings  to the house. This is my first time on here. I know my questions might have been answered before. But pls help a brother in need bcuz it's an urgent situation.

I want to apply for undergraduate studies into any university or college in Atlanta (suggestions are welcome) for the next available session and I would like additional information.

Please is it necessary/ mandatory  I have TOEFL/SAT scores,  Since English is my first Language here in Nigeria ‎? I'm hoping this can be waived.

Secondly, apart from the application processing fee, what other fees am I to pay before I can be given admission or during the course of my application?

And finally, when exactly do I pay tuition fees? If hopefully I'm given admission.
Do I pay be‎fore I leave Nigeria or I can pay the tuition fees on arrival to the US? .
My brother nobody will spoon feed you here trust me. Go online use Google search for schools. Ask google.com any question. Read this thread from the start. It's all about dedication and hardwork. It's advisable to write at least one standardised test. You're not required to pay before you leave.

‎Thanks in anticipation.

Dot1: Recommendations come in different forms depending on school. Some schools do online recommendations whereby forms are sent to your recommenders to fill. Others require you to print the form online and give to ur recommenders to fill, then either scanning and send to the school or you send it with ur application package. Some schools only receive letters written by ur recommenders and submitted to them using either their commercial or official email addresses
True. From my own lil research about 90% of graduate schools require online recommendation, this is because most schools don't wanna deal with papers either your transcript, recommendation letters, SOP, resume, writing samples will be uploaded. Sothe applicant will provide the names and emails of two or three recommenders depending on your school and a link will be sent for them to most times upload or copy n paste the recommendation letter and u waive the right to view the letters. 7% will require you to mail the letters to them and they will provide you with their address. I always beg guys to contact there schools ask questions about anything. Like some schools will prefer u address the letters to ur intending department will others tooffice of Admissions. This kinda schools they like papers gan they will even tell u to mail ur transcript directly to them 3% u just scan and send the letters by email.

Theflint1: I saw it it on one of the schools(university of new Orleans) website but they had some compulsory parts I had to fill which didn't apply to international's and BTW, d schools are University of Louisiana Monroe, Howard, mvsu and university of new Orleans.
For this schools, when ur done filling the online form the final page is the payment page.

Theflint1: please house, how does one go about paying university application fees, most of d schools aren't giving clear info on dat and they take forever to reply mails. Tnks.
It should be on there application site but if you've submitted your application before making payments, some school will require you calling them to make the payment. Which school?

kennyzita: How do you convince the VO about GRE? That it's not required for your study since it's not even mentioned on the school's website unlike for TOEFL. Bowie State University, MSc.
Please take GRE even if it's not required for ur studies, it shows how serious u are to the VO not to ur school.
