The Lord Jesus Christ said, in Matthew 11:12, "...... the Kingdom of heaven suffereth violence and the violent take it by force".

That implies, the fulfillment of your destiny will face stiff opposition.

The enemy will not let you step into your promise land without you contending for it.

Freedom is not deserved, freedom is demanded.

Life is a warfare.
Only those who are skilled in spiritual weapons win the battle.

The only language the devil hears, is violence.

You must be violent in determination, prayers, fasting and take it by the force of faith.

It is only what you fight for on your knees, that are delivered into your hands.

Don't give up.
Persistence wears out the devil.

Inability to live a consistent christian life.

People hate you without reason.

THE YEAR 2019:

OUR YEAR OF DIVINE PRESENCE AND REST.

While waiting upon the Lord, He spoke to me, that 2019, is our year of "DIVINE PRESENCE AND REST".

THESE ARE SIGNS THAT YOU ARE UNDER A SPELL. (1).

A spell is a compelling influence or attraction to something.

A manipulation on your will power.
To be hypnotize.

How do you know if you are under a spell?

When you are addicted to destructive habits, yet you can't stop it, e.g, hard drugs, tobacco, alcohol etc.

Taking wrong decisions that leads to fatal regrets.

Bondage to sexual perversion, e.g, pornography, having multiple sexual partners, lesbianism, homosexual practice etc.

Aggressive anger, obsession for food, clothes, jewelry etc.

Strong opposition from within you against your praying, fasting, reading the Bible and attending church.

Continue From Yesterday.

Study From 2nd Samuel chapter 24.

3. In verse 10, David lost his peace of heart after taking the wrong steps.

2 Samuel 24:10 (KJV)
"And David's heart smote him after that he had numbered the people. And David said unto the Lord , I have sinned greatly in that I have done: and now, I beseech thee, O Lord , take away the iniquity of thy servant; for I have done very foolishly".

Once you are under a spell, you will lose your peace and joy after taking the wrong steps.

Decisions taken under a spell often leads to regrets.

4. In verse 15.

Sudden destruction came upon Israel, 70,000 people died as a result of David's being under a spell.

2 Samuel 24:15 (KJV)
"So the Lord sent a pestilence upon Israel from the morning even to the time appointed: and there died of the people from Dan even to Beer-sheba seventy thousand men".

Spell can bring accidents, sicknesses, loses, set back, to an individual, a family and even a nation.

5. In verse 17, David repented of his wrong step. Total repentance and prayers will deliver you from spell.

"And David spake unto the Lord when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly: but these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father's house".

KING DAVID WAS UNDER A SPELL. (2)

Continue From Yesterday.

Study from 2nd Samuel chapter 24.

It was the devil that manipulated David to take wrong decision by taking the censor of Israel.

Every time you take wrong decisions, you are under a spell.

Especially, decisions against the written Word of God.

2. From verses 3-4.

2 Samuel 24:3-4 (KJV)
"And Joab said unto the king, Now the Lord thy God add unto the people, how many soever they be, an hundredfold, and that the eyes of my lord the king may see it : but why doth my lord the king delight in this thing? Notwithstanding the king's word prevailed against Joab, and against the captains of the host. And Joab and the captains of the host went out from the presence of the king, to number the people of Israel".

David refused the wise counsel and caution Joab gave him.

Anytime you turn down wise counsel and caution, you are under a spell.

A spell is a strong compelling influence or attraction.

A spoken word that has magical or diabolical power to manipulate one to do wrong things.

2nd Samuel chapter 24, shows that King David was under a spell.

You will see signs that King David was under a spell.

"And again the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah. For the king said to Joab the captain of the host, which was with him, Go now through all the tribes of Israel, from Dan even to Beer-sheba, and number ye the people, that I may know the number of the people".

BREAKING THE SPELL OF JINX.

Sometime ago I heard the story of a medical doctor, who makes marriage proposal to a lady.

And while the arrangement towards the wedding remains 2 weeks, he will suddenly lose interest in the lady and the wedding.

Then he cancels the wedding arrangements.
He will get transferred from that town.

No sooner he settles down in the new town, he makes marriage proposal to another lady.

While the wedding arrangement is on, between 2 to 1 week to the wedding, he loses interest and cancels the wedding again.

He has repeated this process up to 6 times.
He is now about 60 years old, yet to get married.

Ladies now know him with this jinx and avoid him.

A jinx is someone or something that causes bad luck or misfortune.

THE BIBLE IS A WEAPON. (1)

Matthew chapter 4, narrates the story of the devil coming to tempt the Lord Jesus Christ three times.

And the three times, the Lord, resisted the devil by the written Word of God.

He defeated the devil by the Word of God.

The Bible is a weapon of war.
If you are going to experience victory of the devil and his cohorts, you must have the revelation knowledge of the bible and apply it in your moment by moment walk with God.

First thing in the morning, spend quality time with your bible.

Read it, study it, meditate upon it and memory some scriptures for your daily use.

HOLINESS IS A WEAPON. (2 ).

Continued From Yesterday.

I heard the true confession of a woman who visited a witch doctor, to help her get a charm to afflict another woman.

The witch doctor prepared the charm and told her that once that other woman gets angry, the charm will work effectively against her.

The woman told the witch doctor, that the woman she wants to use the charm against, is a genuinely born again Christian.

And there is nothing you can do to her to get her angry.

The witch doctor then said, if she doesn't get angry, the charm prepared against her cannot work.

It was that woman's holy life, not getting angry, that God used as weapon for her victory over charm.

Sin breaks a crack in the hedge of Divine protection God has for you.

Sin hinders answers to your prayers, it exposes you to the enemies attacks.

If you want to enjoy unbroken victory over the devil, forces of darkness and the enemies, repent from all sins.

Accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Savour.

Stop living in sin. Start living a holy life.

In John 14 :30, the Lord Jesus Christ said, the prince of this world cometh to Him and found nothing.

When you are living a holy life, a life without sin, holiness becomes a weapon.

Holiness becomes a covering whereby the devil and enemies can't have a loophole to attack you.

2 Chronicles 20:21-22 (KJV)
"And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the Lord , and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the Lord ; for his mercy endureth for ever. And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten".

Jehoshaphat realized singing praises to God as weapon of war.

When you enter His court with praise, He will intervene in your situation.

Psalm 100:4 (KJV)
"Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name".

SINGING SONGS OF PRAISES TO GOD IS A WEAPON. (1)

In 2nd Chronicles 20, three strong nations came in battle against King Jehoshaphat and Judah.

Fear gripped the king, he declared fasting and prayers.

2 Chronicles 20:1-3 (KJV)
"It came to pass after this also, that the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle. Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea on this side Syria; and, behold, they be in Hazazon-tamar, which is En-gedi. And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord , and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah".


Then in verses 21-22 of the same chapter, he appointed singers and employed an unorthodox weapon of war to lead in the war and confront the enemies.

Stop battering against your wife.
Stop handling her as your "property", but as your flesh, your second half.

Men, if you have been experiencing hindrance to your prayers, lack of progress in your business or financial endeavours, frequent attacks, set backs, mysterious sicknesses, diseases etc, then you need to think and look inward on how you have been treating your wife.

Your wife doesn't have to curse you, the Bible says, once you are not handling your wife with understanding, your prayers will be hindered.

Am sure you don't want hindrances to your prayers.

Then repent of every ways you have not been treating your wife properly.
