1) Mine was the case of curiosity. I wanted use sound for meditation, even after being warned how dangerous sounds can be, so after some research, I downloaded a frequency generator application on playstore

I saw a video on how sound worked to reshape water structure, even salt sprinkled on an acoustic flat-plate metal...the videos are on YouTube, so I said, "if my body is made of water too, then..."
I was looking for change forgetting that change can be negative too

I played some high frequency, and then some low frequency, placing my phone very close to my ears while doing so. Well nothing happened. It was afternoon. What an experiment

Then night came...
And other nights followed

I've learnt a lesson

A word can be enough sometimes

Don't play with forces you do not understand, especially spiritual forces. If you're to ever engage in such, do so at the guide of an experienced spiritualist. I follow one here on nairaland

All those solfeggio frequencies or healing frequencies you see online and what not...hmmm
Be careful

If such frequencies was that impactful to the masses that could help grow someone spiritual and or mentally, it would not be easily available to the average man.

Government or religious bodies is likely to
have hidden them so they won't be accessible to the average man. If people can rule themselves, they wouldn't need a Ruler. Insecure leaders rule the longest


2) Treating girls badly.
Most of the RedPillers people listen to have the most silliest of contents. Looking back now, I laugh.

Women are my equal complement, not the bone of my bones, as some pathetic Religion preach.
They tell you women were an afterthought of the creator, created simply to make man happy. Like they're the slave of men.

I feel it's because we're not free to make our choices, neither do we give freedom to others to make their choices. Most of what we do, what we wear, our religion, our food, our taste was forced upon us, directly or indirectly, by our family members or peer group. Living such a life for long equals depression.
The opposite of happiness truly is depression

Now I understand that the place one find themself can trigger their evolution.

Prior, I used to get angry at goats for scattering my refuse.

I had a great epiphany: To accept them as they are...simple creatures who scavenge what to eat, wherever it is. Instead of complaining, I learnt to put goat sheet in water and pour it on my refuse. That solved the problem.

I waste energy getting angry at goats for doing their jobs!!! They're even more dedicated than I am.

Look at chickens...I know a chicken that was bought in the market for this coming Christmas. It's in captivity now, but regardless, it crows diligently and faithfully every morning, even while knowing fully well it's going to serve as someone's food soon. If humans were as diligent as this chicken while doing their jobs, the world will be a better place

I don't get angry at girls for being girls anymore. Most husbands expect a girl to watch football match with them, read rocket science textbooks with them, talk about zodiac sign with them... hahahahaha...

Accept girls for who they are: most of them are uninterested in those nonsense. It may be something to you, but it's nothing to them. I don't expect a girl to be 100 things. Infact if I see a girl behaving like a man around me, it's a complete turn off for me.

While reading the Bible, particularly Lot's story centering on Sodom and Gomorrah, we were told that Lot's wife, while escaping the city with her family, looked back after being warned not to by an angel and was turned into a pillar of salt.
Now here's where the story gets really interesting.

Look Back vs. Turned Back
Lot's wife 'looking back' and being transformed into a pillar of salt hints that such action was done by some mysterious divine force.
But
Lot's wife 'turning back' hints that she returned to an active battle scene in the city and lost her life by being calcified using the battle weapons at that time. (Calcified: Hint = Medusa)
It's the same way if those in Ukraine managed to escape the Russia-Ukraine war but turned back to pick up a valuable they forgot at home, they're likely to lose their life.

It'll be a grave mistake for anyone with functioning reasoning and logic to think that ancient warlords and their armies used crude weapons like swords, bows, arrows, and other short-range weapons to fight their wars.Those ancient and old-school civilizations who created the pyramids and other structures that baffle our present new-school scientists who have pioneered seemingly great technologies, surely there must be levels to technology.

God doesn't need to kill you, nor will he be disturbed enough by your actions. If Lucifer could enjoy freewill enough to fall, who are you?
There's karma and reincarnation in place, and old age is coming for everyone. You'll surely die and reap what you sow, good or bad. Because you came from death, you MUST return to death.
If God has never killed anyone, then he did not kill his own son for the sins you repeatedly keep committing.
If Jesus came to die for the sins of the world, he would not be forced to do so. (Evolution happens when free will is exercised)
Neither will Jesus have waited to be murdered. He would have committed suicide to show that truly he chose to die for your sins.

This understanding modifies John 3:16 to:
"For Jesus so loved the world that he came to commit suicide for your sins."

You see how absurd that sounds. But it's what you've believed for years from religious leaders who seek to fleece you of your time, effort, and money by selecting Bible verses that make you spiritually dependent on a lifeless building. If it were that important to worship the creator of the universe, Jesus, God's son, while on earth, would have built one for his father or worked with the church elders to build one as a model for all Christians to exemplify.
Show me the verse where Jesus built a physical building called a church.
If God's son didn't, your pastors should?

Open your eyes. You're walking blind in an evil world. You're being given chains of gold, and you mistake it for love.

Today's Saturday. A lot of people wait till this day to wash their clothes. Some of these people were less occupied on other days that weren't Saturday, but still they choose to wash on Saturday...like there is an unwritten rule that Saturday is a day for washing clothes.
But guess what?

Similar to those who wait for the next day, tomorrow, which is Sunday, to become good holy people
They wasted Monday to Saturday.

Time is a gift doesn't mean it should be misused.
If I give you a gift (pair of shirt) and you convert it to rag, it spells that you don't need that shirt. It tells me that you lack rag at home. So next time, you'll be gifted rag

There is no time. Because the sun went out of sight for some 'time' shouldn't necessarily make it day 1 for you.

One has to know when to submit to time and when not to. You don't have to wait till your birthday to make your favorite hairstyle or prepare your favorite food, (knowing fully well you can afford it on days that aren't your birthday), but you do have to wait till month's end to receive your paycheck.

There has to be context to your timing. Context to your referring to it as day 1, especially when planning your daily activities that primarily concern you

Why wait 4 hrs for your food to digest because your dieticians told you so?

What that dietician didn't tell you was that 4 hours after eating that food, you should feel hungry for the next food. But imagine you still didn't feel hungry after those 4 hours; should you eat on a full stomach, all because you were advised to?
Imagine you begin to feel hungry before that 4hrs elapse

That up there is how to use time with context. That's how to use time with situations. There's No Time.

The secret I've come to understand is that Time is a container for events to happen.
The events that happen inside that time container are what cannot happen inside another time container. Valentine on February 14th isn't more special than a rainy night indoors with your partner on January 10th because you can also show love to your partner on days that aren't Feburary 14.

Time is matched to situations ( An example: women don't strictly need 9 months to grow babies in their womb. They could grow a baby in 3 weeks or In 11 months, as is said to be the case of Albert Einstein. It depends on how fast the baby is able to absorb nutrients from its mother and use it efficiently, amongst others. This isn't strictly tied to 9 months)

AND
situations can be matched to Time (NYSC takes a calendar year, a football match happens in 90 minutes)
See it like a X and Y graph.

Old age doesn't make people wise and has never done so.
People become wise from learning from their foolishness and the foolishness of others. The pain that comes from their foolishness 'should' teach them to take necessary steps not to feel that pain anymore. This learning is then wrapped in 'Time'

That's why people mistakenly think that Time heals. NO!
Time doesn't heal. An understanding of yourself wrapped in time does.

Scientists around the globe seem to have cracked this concept of "no time" by creating a variety of food (GMO) that doesn't spoil with "time."
What makes food spoil should begin to hint at you that it definitely isn't "time."
Why exactly do women wait 9 months for a baby to grow? Why submit to that time? There should be a sense in that as to why people see it as a norm to submit that long.

See it this way: Why is rainy season important, especially to farmers?
Answer: Because it brings rain that supports the crops that need water.

Why did you wait for '1 day' to make yourself happy?Because it's your birthday??
So if it wasn't your birthday, you'd remain sad throughout?
If you had said, "It's my birthday, and well-wishers sent me money to afford a trip abroad; that's why I'm deciding to travel on my birthday" that's you submitting to time—with context.

Discern when to submit to time, and also discern when not to submit to time, because sometimes, there is 'no time'

Begin to see Time as a container for events. It's the activities that happen inside the 'time'/container that matters. Some activities need a certain container to happen( salary at month end, etc) while some activities don't!

That's a good question. One I had not quite long.

Answer: Balance is necessary for the next action to continue. Please reread if you have to.
I'll give everyday examples to explain this.

2) Sexual activities >> Non-sexual activities » Sexual activities (Key to most successful romantic relationships)

3) Talk >> Listen >> Talk (Key to having a good conversation)
Are you following? For the next action to continue successfully, there must be a pause, which then exposes the next action.
It cannot be morning forever. Night has to occur for the next morning to be successfully exposed.
You cannot keep receiving. You have to give for the next receiving to occur. This simple explanation was where the concept of tithe was birthed, as most religions preach.

For this world of motion to exist, a world of no-motion must exist as a balance.

For that next big insight to come to you, as a writer or a big-time industry player or as a mother or parent, you have to pause in meditation. You have to submit to the law of balance.

1) 'Let no man' in this context doesn't mean just a man or any external man.
'Let no man' could also mean 'a woman.'

2) But here's the twist: Married couples think any threat to their relationship is likely to be from the external because their religious texts say 'let no man...', but they forget that they themselves are 'no man.'Refer to No 1.

Epiphany: People change, but you'd be wrong to think that only positive change happens in this world.
That reverend father could become a porn actor tomorrow if not strongly convicted on his path, while that armed robber could be a vessel of peace tomorrow. People change from good to bad and from bad to good. Let's not forget the change from bad to worse. lol.

A caring husband could become a wife-beater tomorrow, and a seemingly loyal wife today could become uninterested tomorrow. If you as a wife decide to leave a relationship in your attempt to preserve your life and not vent built-up negative emotion on your children, does that mean you're the one who put asunder on your marriage or your husband? The gender roles for this analogy can be reversed.

Hopefully, you begin to learn to release your arrogance to wake others up by not enforcing truth, which a true seeker can find for themselves.

Could you please clarify what "sleep paralysis is"

I feel it isn't all that bad

In the presence of highly evolved being, our body gets 'paralysed' in a way. I've seen examples in the bible, however fragmented biblical stories are, that when an angel visits, they one being visited gets weak and then the angel touches them and their (the one being visited) strength returns

This is my little understanding and I know it's not complete or may be incorrect

What's sleep paralysis as you know?

1 as a number cannot stand alone without being paired to a physical quantity

Numbers represent units of physical quantity

There's nothing like 1×1=
But instead, "1 of what × 1 of what= " ?

1$ × 1$= ?


It's way better for people to add than for them to rush into multiplication, because they do not understand the basics of multiplication

1x 2 means 1 in 2 places is equal to 2....not 1 plus 1 plus 1 which will give 3.

That is why 1 in 3 places will give you 3... but 1 plus 3 will give you 4.
