Atiku Abubakar former vice-president and presidential aspirant on the platform of All Progressive Congress(APC) says he'd not give up on his bid to become president of Nigeria.
Atiku, whose presidential ambition dates back to 2007, made the declaration in Dutse, the capital of Jigawa state, when he meet with Sule Lamido, governor of the state.
He said he will continue contesting for the office of president should he lost the APC bid.
Atiku describe his chances of winning his party's primary on December 10 as "bright", but said he'd support whoever emerges at the primary election to ensure person's victory at the 2015 presidential election.
Atiku had earlier told newsmen that he was in Dutse to interact with his party delegates ahead of APC's presidential primary.
He criticized the invasion of the APC data office in Lagos by security operatives.
Before leaving Dutse, he held a closed-door meeting with Lamido for 1hr30mins.

Murda's video

Nigerian artistes Seyi Shay and Patoranking are in romantic relationship, close sources to both parties have revealed to Pulse.ng.
Although the pair have been able to keep their affair secret, the relationship, sources say kicked off earlier in 2014, around the same time the pair recorded Seyi Shay's Murda's song originally composed by another collaborator Shaydee.
'The love tango Pato and Seyi played up in the video was faked, it's for real they can't get off each other', a source in Seyi Shay's camp tells Pulse.
It seems camps of both acts have also capitalized on the artistes affair: Patoranking and Seyi Shay now perform together at shows.
Pulse.ng reached out to Patoranking's reps who denied they are dating. 'They are not dating. There is definitely chemistry between both of them. Their song 'Murda' was a great song, they'll definitely still work together on other projects. They are currently running promotions together, they have a form of Bonny and Clyde relationship' Patoranking reps says.
A rep of Seyi Shay was however not pleased when Pulse reached him over the story
'Its not true, you know its not true. Does the story have to be written?' he asked.
Seyi Shay in past has been reported to have dated video director Clarance Peters.

The arm transaction did not follow due process of procurement, hence the seizure. Even at that, the bickering isn't far from the fact that the pdp gov't has failed to assume the role model status expected of it by other African nations and that explain why any small country even Ghana find way to pick and ridicule at us for irrelevant diplomatic reasons. This challenges doen't call for a pay back time now that we have gotten it right with curbing the ebola menace, but a time to put our house together if truely we value and appreciate respect from junior nations like S. Africa.

An active player in the Nigerian Civil war (1967-1970), Brig. Gen Benjamin Adekunle(retd), is dead.
The war veteran, better known as Black Scorpion, died this morning at the age of 78.
Adekunle, who was compulsorily retired from the Nigerian Army in 1974, led the 3rd Marine Commando, that eventually ended the three-year war in January 1970.

One of the villains from the Harry Potter Movies British actor Dave Legenn has died while hiking in Death Valley, according to TMZ reports.
Legenn's body was found by a hikers on Sunday in an area so remote.
A CHP helicopter was called in to remove the corpse.
The INYO County Sheriff's Department in California says it appears the actor died of heat related issues...he may have been dead for 3-4 days before his body was found.
Summer temps in Death Valley are known to be over 120 degrees.
