Politically speaking, Abia State pays corpers allawee but only to those posted to State-owned institutions. On paper, we are paid 5k/month translating to 50-60k @ the end of our service year. But you know the funny thing? We don't see a dime. The government will just give 5-10k as TP fare at the end of our service year. Nevertheless, things may change you know

I agree 100%. I'm a 2016 Batch A corp member. Camp Abia really tried. Water is 24/7. Other camps should emulate them.

With the current economic situation of the country,it is now apparent that 19800 barely sustains one in a month.......Apart from side hustles,state 'allawi' will go a long way in augmenting whatever one gets from side hustles and the 19800.......Current information of the states that currently pay 'allawi' will be welcomed.Heard Kogi state started paying 5k recently.
