Pregnancy is alright late to remove, dear, keep it. It's not going to be easy for you. Your sister will definitely send you back to the village.

It's not a must you get married to him. Keep the pregnancy, give birth, nurse him/her, then go back to school.

If you remove it, you will still sleep with him, don't deceive yourself.... But by then you will be more careful.
