Jobs/VacanciesRe: Looking For Writers: N1000 Per 1000 Words by Richardlove(m): 5:32am On Nov 07, 2020
I'm interested but my phone doesn't support Whatsapp. 07058324982.
Hanz1:
Hi Nairalanders

I'm looking for writers who can consistently write 1500 word articles in 2 days.

Please see the other requirements here:

1. Your writing must be free of grammatical errors: I'd suggest you register for a free Grammarly account and type directly into Grammarly.
2. You only have 2 days (48 hours) to submit a post - starting from the time you receive the topic.

The topics you will be writing on are quite easy, and you can use Google to get the ideas and put them down in your own words.

Having said that, please be aware of these terms:

1. You are not allowed to directly copy someone else's post and submit.
2. You can not submit an already published article - either written by you or not.

Doing any of those two things will get your post rejected without any compensation.

Payment: N1000 per 1000 words.

Kindly note that I can request for modification on the ground of grammatical or punctuation errors. I suggest you register a free account on Grammarly and type directly into Grammarly. By doing that, you can catch the errors in real-time.

You can, however, be sure that your submission will be accepted - except if it is egregiously bad, written out of context, copied from other blogs, or submitted late deadline. I would consider 3 days after you receive the topic as late.

Finally, this is likely a continuous job - but it would largely depend on you.

If you are interested, please mention me with your WhatsApp No.

You're right. I encounter one of them on Facebook. Well, I just decided to let peace reign. Let him eat what will kill him later.
MikeMicheal:
For those of you dropping numbers,
Beware! Most new(2020) nairaland accounts claiming to need writers are scammers, after submitting your writeup, they will lie that it is not up to requirement, in order not to pay you, but will use your writeup.
Be wise! Avoid wasting your time, effort and resources.

Yes, I do. I have pm you already.
fmcjunior:
Nothing, bro. Do you still work on Qa?
Pls, if there's anyone still working on Qa here, send me a pm
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria 2020 Part 2 by Richardlove(m): 12:56am On Nov 05, 2020
Any good news? Maybe if you have something else.
fmcjunior:
I logged in yesterday at night to check how Qa is going, only to see that most calls are $0.05 per min. Are you kidding me? That's $5 for 100mins. I hope there are enough calls for people who still work on the platform.

What? Poor, wretched, miserable and what again? Get a life. Be appreciative because he who is grateful for the small things of today receives bigger things tomorrow.
Maj196:
Lol, I can see you are truly desperate for it. Well that's my terms of giving you the money. Take it or leave. And by the way my life is way more better than your broke ass.

Don't mind these dull skulls. I'd rather have #20000 from what belong to us all than die fighting to have nothing. The youths have already fought a phase of the struggle and we're moving gradually there.

Just for once, Nigerian youths should be grateful. If actually it's real. #20000 is cool money. It may not be much but it's something than nothing. The grateful will always receive more. I wish I'm among the lucky ones that got those text messages. Who can gift me #20000 to complete my rent? Give it shall be given unto you...

The questions are ridiculous. I still can't see the correlations of those questions with the vast numbers of applicants that will be applying. Why should they be asking arts graduates, Economic questions. What a joker we have as leaders.

Sorry about that but learn to respect officers in unifrom. If not for Nigeria mentality, you are suppose to freely give him chance to cash his money and leave because he is serving the country.

Both are bad. Why wouldn't those with fairly good pay improve their audio quality? They want to suffer transcribers. Isn't it?

Easy task with poor pay or a difficult task with fairly good pay, which is better? I'd go for easy task with poor pay. That's me.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria 2020 Part 2 by Richardlove(m): 2:24am On Oct 20, 2020
To be frank, last year, Qa-w was my only source of living. I paid my rentage, feeding and other expenses form money earned. But, lately, the story is different. I worked 300 minutes last week and my earning was $11. Lol. The reason why we should support with prayers, words and activities so that this #end sars protest yields positive result. But, hoodlums have taken over, what a shame.
nwafresh:
Qa used to be a side hustle but no more. Lol... I can't believe I'm working at a rate of $0.06... Nigeria will be great and graduates will see every reason to smile in Nigeria.

Oh, the glory has departed from Qa-w. All I see is slavery. Nigeria shall be good again, #End Sar#.

Could that be why my four days old account was frozen yesterday? The reason provided was that my account, Stood out. If no be condition, Qa-world would have just be more than a enough for me. Though, Humanatic tasks are simple.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria 2020 Part 2 by Richardlove(m): 5:08am On Sep 18, 2020
Sorry for late reply. I don't often come around here. If that's what the page is telling you then you can't do much about it. Just wait for the other one to be rated. Did you say your first transcript was bad and you went ahead to transcribe still? By doing that you'll be feeding your own kick out. Once your audio is poor or you have a feeling that you can't handle the call, please release it or if meant for flagging, then flag it. You aim now is to have a RQR of above 3. Happy transcribing.
sonyc00:
The site keeps showing me that my transcription is being reviewed, so i can't do anything but wait. My first transcription had really bad audio quality, the voices were just rising and falling anyhow, speaking together at once, it was just terrible. I did the best i could since i already picked it up. The second ones rating should be much better. I really studied the transcription samples, and the FAQ. I even have the FAQ opened in by browser, so i can refer to it if i get confused anywhere.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria 2020 Part 2 by Richardlove(m): 5:30am On Sep 17, 2020
Since one is rated already, you can continue transcribing if you get calls. But, I'll advise you tread carefully so you don't get kicked out. Study sample of passed transcripts and FAQ very well. Rushing to transcribe and make money should not be your ultimate aim now but producing good transcripts.
sonyc00:
Hey guys, i have a question. Newbies on QAworld need to have their initial transcriptions reviewed before they can begin fully right? I transcribed two audios yesterday, the first was rated 2, while the other has yet to be reviewed. Does the review normally take this long.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria 2020 Part 2 by Richardlove(m): 2:30am On Sep 15, 2020
What do you mean by buy a course? Is it synanymous to registering for a course online?
JoeKing001:
I will strongly advise you guys to consider Fiverr.com There are thousands of services you can render there you just need to find the one that suit you.

If you don't have any skills you can buy course on Udemy for as low as 4k, learn it and start selling. Some people are complaining that Fiverr is tough but I know people earning thousands of dollars monthly. Heck, I was shocked when I saw a Nigerian whose Basic gig cost a whopping $500 shocked shocked shocked.

I saw another seller with over 80 orders on queue. And the least of his gig start at about $50 for a 3 day job which can be completed under 3 hrs.
