Of course no, everyone has to make do of anything that would work for him/her at this point we’re clueless of army’s plan.

Hello everyone. I want to enquire if it's possible to get two different LGA chairmen from an applicant's state of origin to sign one's attestation form. I don't seem to know any military officer within the required rank range from my state.
One can be an LGA chairman while the LGA secretary sign the second one

Securing their passports is a very important part of the signing... I still have my passports from last year..

GamingRe: How To Buy A Brand New PS4 from Amazon @ An Affordable Price On Black Friday by Richieurch(m): 12:56pm On Aug 29, 2020
DaveHert:
The real reasons that Amazon lock accounts are much more to do with protecting customers from fraud and money laundering. I didn't realize this until yesterday when Amazon called me on 2 different occasions since I have been emailing them and Jeff bezos on a daily base and have been asking to speak with someone. I was surprised when the call came and I spoke with a supervisor and customer support respectively. They have triggers in place that automatically locks your account if you trip any one of them, they were being secretive about telling me these triggers but I got a pretty good idea from our conversation. Here are the triggers:

Failed Credit Card Verification
If you’ve previously had an Amazon account suspended, you may be tempted to enter fake billing details or use someone else’s credit card when opening a new account. And whilst it might seem like a smart move at the time, it isn't. Avoid using fake information or other people's credit card.

You see, when you add a credit card to your Amazon account, they’ll check if the billing address registered with your card provider matches the default address on your Amazon account. And if it doesn’t then prepare to have your account locked very quickly.

Always contact your bank to give you your exact billing address as it is in their system, and use it as it is when adding your card to your Amazon account.

Suspicious Gift Card Activity
On Amazon, gift cards are equivalent to cash on their platform so they have to police them tightly. With Amazon having the widest range of products of any retailer in the world, it has become a prime target for money launderers that want to turn cash into items. This leads to 2 big triggers that usually alert Amazon to lock an account when dealing with gift cards.

Unusually heavy usage of gift cards – Buying and redeeming large values of gift cards can seem unusual so Amazon will want to verify your reasons for it.

Buying Giftcards Immediately Opening a new account – If someone goes onto Amazon, opens a new account and the first thing they do is buy a gift card of a significant value, this will cause an immediate lock on your Amazon account. Again, Amazon isn’t trying to be evil. They simply need to comply with various money laundering regulations around the world. At the end of the day, they love your money and want your orders as much as you want to buy from them.

Multiple IP Addresses In Different Locations
Opening your Amazon account in one location, then making lots of purchases with an IP address in another location can make Amazon start to think “how’s this possible?” and “has your account been hacked?”. So avoid using different VPN location when visiting Amazon. Stick to your normal device IP address to be on the safe side.

High volume of returned orders from your account
Every time you return an item, Amazon has to deal with shipping and restocking which costs them a lot of money – particularly for a company that notoriously sells items at a very low profit margin. That’s why Amazon has systems to detect unprofitable customers that have a higher than average return rate. Therefore if your volume of returns is particularly high, expect to see your account locked.

High value of items being ordered
Another trigger for getting locked by Amazon is an unusually high value of daily orders – particularly on newer accounts. Keep your daily orders below $300 - $500.
What can be done to open a locked account I’ve been messaging the account specialists team to no avail
