humilitypays:
Yes Igbos control multinational conglomerates all around the world. Yes some Igbos just like some Jews and other races and tribes engage in crimes and illicit business deals, it is not common to Igbos alone, it is common to all humans based on their belief about money making and success.

Go to USA, majority of Africans making wave in the IT world are Igbos, then Yorubas and others.

Go to Japan, go to China, go to South Korea, Igbos are top coders working with top robotics firms there....whether u agree or not, Igbos are super talented and of course the Jews of Africa.

Their ingenuity is next to nothing and no other Nigerian tribe can rise from the ashes after civil war of 1967 to where Igbos are today. If you are honest to yourself you will agree with me on this. Igbos lost everything after the civil war in 1969 yet they rose above all odds to become yet an economy giant not just in Nigeria but around the globe. It is not an easy feat to achieve in few decades in a shattered nation like Nigeria where nothing works.

This issue of loosing everything after civil war and not having anything to start life with was also what led some Igbos into engaging in crime. Before the civil war Igbos are known for trade, academics (Ojukwu, Nzeogwu, Aguiyi Ironsi, Nnamdi Azikiwe, Alvan Ikoku, Michael Okpara, Nwafor Orizu, Prof. Chinua Achebe, Prof. Chike Obi, Cypril Ekwensi, etc, etc are enough evidence to prove this). It was extreme hardship after the civil war ended in 1969 that pushed some Igbos into crime.

Up till today, Igbos control the economy of Gabon, Ivory Coast, Congo DR, etc, etc....Igbos are super blessed, give them their own nation and watch them build China + Japan in Africa.

An Igbo man will create wealth from nothing....they are enduring, peaceful (will never kill or harm you until you attack them; forget about the 1966 coup headed by Nzeogwu and co which was a stupid decision by those unscrupulous Igbo soldiers then).

If you meet a foreign lady, a white and tell her you are from Africa, she will first assume you are Igbo...I speak from experience.... Either she assumes you are Igbo or Yoruba.....and most white ladies are usually excited to marry or date an Igbo guy....again I speak from experience because I was once a relationship expert helping foreign women fix their relationships and helping to promote interracial marriages and relationships.

Hate them or like them, the Igbo tribe remain a blessed tribe with so much potentials and with bad and good ones too
so true brother

SaharaReporters had first exposed how the Muhammadu Buhari government funded Boko Haram with over 2 million Euros and freed some of their topmost deadly commanders for the release of some 83 abducted Chibok girls. It was the second such negotiation by the Buhari government.

In the wake of Buhari procuring some $1 billion from Nigeria’s Crude account, the Wall Street Journal has now confirmed the story and exposed how a total of 3 million Euros has so far been funneled to Boko Haram for the release of about 100 girls.

TWO BAGS OF CASH FOR BOKO HARAM

Freedom for the World’s Most Famous Hostages Came at a Heavy Price

Long after the #BringBackOurGirls campaign faded, Nigeria paid a secret ransom of €3 million to free some of the kidnapped schoolgirls

The growing rift inside Boko Haram over Shekau’s refusal to trade the Chibok girls soon exploded. Top commanders, forced to choose between the factions, turned their guns on each other. At least 400 Boko Haram fighters died from internecine battles after the split broke out in 2016, officials estimated. The captives they had tried to divide were now dividing them.

Under siege and facing a mutiny, Shekau had one card left to play. His faction held almost all of the Chibok girls still in the camps. Mustapha believed his moment had finally come.

Paid and released Boko Haram terrorist
The talks Mustapha orchestrated in mid-2016 moved with remarkable speed, yielding the outlines of a deal. The plan called for two exchanges. In the first one, Boko Haram would free 20 Chibok hostages in exchange for one million euros. If both sides were satisfied with the outcome, the rest of the girls who wanted to come home would be swapped in a second exchange in return for two million euros and five imprisoned Boko Haram commanders.

Mustapha agreed to make sure that the militants sent back would be senior enough for Shekau to save face, but also loyal to him and junior enough to protect his authority.

GTBank rewards Traffic Wardens across Nigeria

ON DECEMBER 23, 20175:15 AMIN NEWSCOMMENTS

From Enugu to Ekiti States, Lagos to the Federal Capital Territory, Traffic Wardens across the country are being surprised at their duty posts with Orange Sacks of gifts provided and delivered by foremost financial institution, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. The gifts, which include items for the festive season and beyond, were provided by the Bank as part of its #NominateAChamp Campaign.

Traffic Wardens

The #NominateAChamp Campaign was created by GTBank to celebrate the selfless service of ordinary Nigerians who go beyond the call of duty to keep our roads safe and hassle-free. As part of the NominateAChamp campaigned, the bank called on members of the general public to nominate Traffic Wardens who have touched their hearts this year with their selfless service.
The bank received dozens of nominations from the general public, and accompanying some of these nominations were heartfelt messages of gratitude for the selfless service of the Traffic Wardens. “He is very faithful and kind to road users,” said Godwin, who nominated a warden, by name Eze Peter, stationed at Abakpa, Enugu State. “Even when it’s raining, he’s always there; lways dancing and smiling,” said Julius of the warden he nominated who is stationed at Banex, Abuja, F.C.T. “She’s always on top of her game,” said Opeoluwa Adebiyi about Mrs Oyinlola, the Traffic Warden stationed at Awe Bustop, Mushin Road, Lagos. The Bank is now in the process of delivering the Orange Sack of gifts to the dozens of nominated Traffic Wardens across the country.

Like i said earlier, the end of Innoson business has come

This is not a matter of wishing him bad but reality

Anybody in Banking sector ll understand what i am saying

As Innoson stands, all Banks both local and international have blacklisted that name for life

It ll be a financial battle for him

To worsen his case, he whipped the tribal sentiment and the publicity went viral to the point Igbos started boycotgtb tag online

This is the biggest mistake any person(small business man) talkless of an industrialist can make

All Banks work together when it comes to fraud and underviced loans.

No matter how much he pays tomorrow to GTank, the dent ll continue to hunt his business for life.

As we speak, Innoson credit worth to all local and international banks is Zero.

His kinsmen through their stupidity and victim mentality have killed his business by making all what he did behind closed doors went viral.

All Banks ll be scared to do business with him and that business can survive without loans.

I see Innoson going down soon

With this negative publicity: No banks either local or international ll trade with that dude again

People in Banking sector ll know what i mean not all these streets hawkers or kiosk owners.

Business wise, Innoson is finished

I can bet my money on it that in 3years from now, that assembly plant ll go moribund.

He is a fraudster

I knew right from day one that he is a fraudster

If you fail to service a loan as a business man, you r as dead as your future business cos other Banks ll take credit worthiness to zero.

With this publicity on his name, both local and international banks must ve blacklisted his company name

It ll take the grace of God for him to survive this

That’s why you need to learn from the genuine industrialists before venturing into empire

may all this things you say fall back on you and your evil mind
