Guys this building right here along PH/Aba Expressway Port Harcourt used to be the NDDC headquarter building. Rivers State Government leased it to the NDDC back then. But now the NDDC headquarter moved to a new location along Eastern bypass, Port Harcourt. The question is what will become of this building? It’s been months it has been laying fallow. And directly opposite it is the Omehia mall which didn’t see the break of day. This building needs to be in use as it’ll soon be dilapidated as its opposite neighbor
