I thought I should share God's wonder especially to those feeling unhappy, thinking God has forgotten them or that God can't meet their needs. Read my story to the end and then trust God to answer your needs speedingly.

Okay this happened to me some minutes ago.
Yesterday, about 17hrs ago, while on Facebook, I saw an advertisement on yam sharing. So 5 persons were to share 100 tubers to reduce way bill cost. While going through the ad, it got dawn on me that I've not eaten yam in months all thanks to the high increase in yam. So seeing this deal, mehn it was a super opportunity for me to stock my house as in 20 tubers for 5,000 naira? it's a good deal mehn. There was no way I would miss out of this deal and infact I began to crave for yam and garden egg sauce

I saw the advertisement late as close to 400 persons had commented, I secretly hoped to get a slot. So I went ahead to comment to see if by chance I could find someone in my location seeking to share. Sadly hours passed and I got no response. Okay I went to bed hoping by morning there would be response. I was already dreaming of the different things I would do with the yam, Asaro Elepo (Yam porridge), Yam & Beans, Yam & egg, Yam & garden egg sauce, Yam & Epo pupa (palm oil) with salt, mehn otipe ti mo ti je isu sha (it's been long I ate yam sha).

Morning came, after my devotion, I checked Facebook but no response still � I wasn't happy.
9am I stepped out to the bank close to my house. On my way, I saw a Mallam selling yam. I paused and took a close look at his yam, I said to myself, he fit say one 2000 naira now. I said Shile wo when u get home try that Facebook lady again, hers is 20pcs for 5,000 naira, Mallam will tell you one for 2,000 naira on top abeg sef. So I continued moving to the bank...

On my way home from the bank, I saw some people queuing in front of a woman selling Kose & Koko & milk. The thing entered my eyes again lool. This time I wanted the Koko & that peak milk in triangular shape with enough sugar, my street guys & babes go sabi am. I stopped under the umbrella behind those I met there. Then the small voice said to me, why not buy raw pap and make it yourself, these things are not hygienic...
So I left the place jeje and then went home straight.
10:53am, my aunty called me on phone. She said to me "Shile have you started cooking now? I responded "yes sometimes, why did you ask?" My aunty said "I harvested my yam & corn in my garden, they are a lot & I have been giving them out". She went on mentioning names of those she had given yam & corn�. Then she said to me, "I was wondering if u want some yams too. I know you don't need the corn but I will use it to make pap for you."
I screamed out, What? really?

I was surprised! I narrated to her how I had seen a Facebook ad on yam and how I was hoping to get response or even reach out to the seller and then how I wanted to buy pap at the road etc.
My aunty said "God saw your heart desires, He knows your needs & now He has answered you. She went on saying she has 20 tubers to give to me, fresh corn and then Pap...
I screamed "Ah my God, is this you?"
I told her I was going to send someone to pick them up...

I sat down thinking about all these happening just less than 24 hours as in between yesterday and this morning. This morning I prayed for my followers saying God will meet them at the point of their needs, I didn't know mine was going to come in so quick. I'm not limiting or doubting God but you know, He's so full of surprises!

To you reading right now, yes you! please DO NOT stop believing God for that particular thing you have been waiting for. DON'T stop asking, in fact thank God in advance!
God has NOT forgotten, He sees your desires and He knows your needs. GOD WILL ANSWER YOU !!!

A THREAD - PLEASE READ TO THE END!

THOSE WHO SELL !!!

Who remembers the story of the 10 virgins? Each of the 10 virgins had a lamp as they await the coming of the bridegroom at night. 5 virgins ran out of lamp oil. They turned to the other 5 who had extra oil "give us some of your oil..." but the 5 wise virgin said to them, "NO! there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, GO TO THOSE WHO SELL oil and buy some for yourselves."

Do you know that there are really people out there who have no needs? As in, they are not in any need of any kind.
There are people out there who have been made superintendents of Grace. They are known as THOSE WHO SELL. They are the caretaker of Grace, it's an appointment of Grace.

You are presently battling with your finances, career, relationship, health, marriage, business and all sorts of life issues while there are actually THOSE WHO SELL. These categories of people are NOT going through any of the above-named.
God has trusted them with that understanding. My dears, do you know that if you find these particular set of people who sells, just in one day, the bondage or duress of many years will be erased completely, captivity of many years will be over in one day.

It may interest you to know that the problem or challenges you are faced with today is NOT general! Yes that issue giving you non-stop headaches and sleepless nights is NOT general, that situation is ONLY relative to you. There are GRACE that reduces or dismisses every challenges. It destroys them totally. That thing you call a challenge or problem, there are GRACE that can put an end to them completely.

Every challenge is at the mercy of the grace that confronts it. Problems, challenges, whatever name you call them are NOT general! That same issue giving you non stop headaches and sleepless nights, there are people who have access the wisdom, light, knowledge and have successfully defeated that same issues experientially.

Few months ago, I wasn't okay with some of the happenings around me. Talking about profession, I wasn't growing, my income was nothing to talk about even at a point I felt stagnant. I was greatly disturbed because I knew what level I ought to be professionally. Money loss here and there, set backs, name them. It felt like I was pouring water inside baskets, I hustled like my whole life depended on it but still there was no result!

Remember, it wasn't because the 5 ladies weren't virgins, they were virgins but they had no extra oil.
Some of us are going through issues today because we have no oil or maybe the oil we have isn't enough, there is need for extra oil.
I couldn't continue that way anymore. There was no way I would cross over year 2023 with these long standing issues. Infact I needed not just oil but extra oil. There was a need for change and upgrade in my career. I went out of my way seeking THOSE WHO SELL!

I began to spend more time researching. I spent more time (even midnights) studying the life of the people I admire so much. I read biographies, their life struggles and how they conquered. I wrote to some of them to coach me (only few are Nigerians). I was too hungry for them to hold my hands up to the top. Mehn I was really tired of the forth and back, I just wanted a successful stable life (not up today, down tomorrow type of life lol). I said to myself Shile "Let's deal with this once and for all." Some came with a price (small & heavy dollars & naira) while I got some free coaching and some even gave me a discount after an emotional appeal lol.
Then the journey of a new me began. It's been 5 months of thorough learning & I'm amazed at my growth, knowledge, understanding, wisdom, light.

THOSE WHO SELL hmmm.

Your business isn't growing, Your career looks dead, Your hustle is not paying, You are faced with a health challenge, You are in debts, Things aren't just working the way they ought to, whatever challenge you are faced with today, please I urge you to GO TO THOSE WHO SELL ! FIND THEM AND BUY FROM THEM !!!

Find that person(s) who has practically conquered that same issue you are going through. My dears, look for that person who few years ago could not feed him/herself, look for that person who few years ago had no roof over his/her head, look for that person who few years ago was sleeping in pako house, look for that person who few years ago couldn't pay his/her children school fees, look for that person who few years ago was sleeping under the bridge, look for that person who few years ago was highly in debts BUT with the worthiness of Kingdom morals is now a millionaire or billionaire, they are THOSE WHO SELL !!!

I sincerely hope this moves someone reading now to take a big bold step towards their next level in life. Trust me, you can't afford to continue the same old way next year 2023. The answer you have been looking for or waiting for lies in the hands of THOSE WHO SELL, find them and buy from them.

Job Details

I am looking for a highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic poultry farm manager to manage a bird layer farm in Lusada Ogun State.
As the poultry farm manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the poultry farm, maintaining quality layer birds and ensuring the work place safety of employees and visitors on the farm in line with the company Health and Safety Policies.


Key Responsibility
You will:

(1) Set up houses for the birds and carry out daily checks on the housing and birds.
(2) General bird management - Ventilation, feeding, vaccination etc
(3) Complete daily checklists and all relevant paperwork in accordance with quality control
(4) Litter management and feed ordering
(5) Maintain staff work practices of all personnel and contractors on site
(6) Supervise and manage staff
(7) Liaise with and manage customers
( Basic farm and equipment maintenance
(9) Comply with company policies and regulations
(10) Work with staff, directors alongside veterinary advice to continuously improve farm production performance and bird welfare
(11) Monitor bird performance
(12) Bird house clean - out and disinfection
(13) Record keeping

Qualifications / Skills

(1) A strong interest and understanding of the Agricultural and farming sector
(2) Experience in Layers birds and in the field of animal husbandry is desirable
(3) A Bachelor degree in Agriculture and / or extensive related experience is an asset
(4) Have an excellent understanding of bird welfare
(5) Ideal candidate must have 2+ years industry experience
(6) Mechanically inclined with strong problem solving skills
(7) Excellent management skills
( Effective in people management
(9) Ability to carry out manual duties
