Not Saudi alone, generally death and casuality figures are generally downtoned in most government media. The purpose is to prevent public outcry depending on the situation. If you ever hear that one person died in a situation that will put the government under public scrutiny, just multiply that figure by x, where 6 < x < 12. |

@Explorers, good work but the main problem I see is our psychological difference. The way the policy makers reason in this our part of the world calls for concern. Development is only sustainable if it is culturally sustainable, that amphibious vehicle is good but the problem with the government is ownership. Government should hand over this kind of things to existing operators and concern itself with monitoring and regulation.
