Tinubu is the owner of the ACT Technology, the company they awarded the Contract to.

This company has not supplied all the Cards, meaning Tinubu was aware of it and wanted the elections to continue.

From what I'm thinking, its possible Tinubu influenced the production to favour area where his party had strong membership.

Imagine, I was at INEC office to get my PVC but was asked to come back on the 22nd March, that it has not arrived. I saw them coming in with a new Batch of PVCs they just received.

This is happening in Bayelsa State. It goes to show they that many people will be disenfrancised still, if INEC decide to use only PVCs.

How low will you people go all because you fear this innovation by INEC. I expect Fani "mouth-diarrhoea" Kayode to be the first to spill this kind of defence against the PVC if the facts above were correct.
