They also followed him to d headquaters to defend it dat its d original result. He was almost crying, not that he was suppopting pdp, but his efforts had been in vain wen he was mandated by his boss to record it like dat. He works at inec's ict room btw

Which part of the rule allows the Electoral Officer to collate fake ballot papers.
