They have said for democracy to strive, the people must at all time have a choice in any union, and the referendum and self determination must be allowed. They have said corruption must be killed or it will kill the people. They equally said, quality education must be available for all. There must be freedom of speech, life, association, e.t.c. You don't expect democracy to work in this country when all known tenets of democracy are abused by those who ought to uphold it.
